Using a cool down...

I use a ice cold bowl of water for a few minutes for a cool down and my penis still seems soft but I think I spent too long and it contracted.Last edited by slanker; 01-22-2008, 04:25 PM.

im really curious about this cool down. so basically i have some simple questions for the veterans here. would you recommend a cool down as opposed to a warm down? the research seems to suggest taht. also, how cold should it be, how long should i apply it, and what are some of the different methods used for the cool down??Starting Stats 11/3/08

I would use the cool down after your exercise routine this to "cement your gains." thanks for tips Dustpan! so it doesnt have to be super cold to be effective? moderately cool tap water should work just fine huh? i was considering doing the cool cup of water cool down. would this be effective do you think?
also im really interested in trying to test to see if cool down is really better than warming down, so ive come up with a little test. i started PEing this past monday and ive been using warm down at the end of my workout. this sunday i will measure again and record any improvements. from next monday till the following sunday (when i measure again) i will use the cool down instead to see if the gains are any better. does these seem like it could provide valid evidence in support of the cool down or am i starting PE too early to see any real gains and thus not be able to tell a difference between warm downs and cool downs?Starting Stats 11/3/08

Reggie,
To me it make more sense to cool down to keep and cement your gains that your striving for. I took several approaches to this method and found that the cool down was the best way to finish your exercises. Along with the cool down you have to keep your penis stretched while you apply the cool cloth.
The warm up is a must to start your exercises. There has been some thought about how to apply the warm up and I like the warm water in the glass which is held against your at pad. This is my opion on the cool down post.
I don't think that it is to early to expect gains from your routine. Keep me informed how you make out

i surely will Dustpan you can count on it. so just to clarify then the cool down with the cool cup of water would not be a very good idea, being neigh impossible to do, since you must keep your penis stretched while cooling correct? also just wondering a bit about the intensity of the strech involved during cooling. should it be about the same as the streches i do during my actual routine or less intense?Starting Stats 11/3/08

The cooling down can be used even in your newbie routine, as long as you don't include cooling the gland.
