doctors will always be the last people to support new ideas
because they do not want to be sued if they are wrong
plus they can get blackballed by peopled in their field
they will not support anything until we get some REAL studies
something done by respected researchers or universities
and then published in respected journals and web sites like PUBMED.COM and the such
hopefully some day we will see studies like this
at this point does anyone know of any studies like these ?
ps they need to be randomized double blind placebo controlled studies preferably by a university
      what do you guys think???
if a university did a study and it were published in a journal
i guarantee jay leno would be talking about it in his monolog
he loves telling aboud any studies regarding mans sexuality
i remenber he refered to one that says men that masterbate more often live longer lol

Pubmed has already published studies relating to nonsurgical PE (via extenders), and none of the talk show hosts, popular main stream outlets, etc. have covered it.

How would you conduct a double blind study for PE? Surely the party(ies) in question will know if they're doing PE or not

Men well past puberty with normal testosterone levels and no mitigating factors can preestablish their measurements, get on a PE program, then measure the results. Any net gain would have to be attributed to the new variable- in this case, PE. A third party of sufficient repute (there are many companies that specialize in conducting trials/studies) can be there when the measuring is done to establish veracity. All of this is really just fluff though- either your penis grows or it doesn't. Some medical professional have gone so low as to attribute any growth from PE as "possibly" [notice the uncertainty] being caused by swelling or scar tissue

Someone can try to explain away the growth had from PE as anything but actual expansion of the penile tissues, but those of us that have been doing PE for years know better.

This topic was beaten to death over at Betterman so let's do a short recap.
The doctor does not care about your healthy penis as long as it's healthy!
The doctor, like most people on the street, don't think you can make you dick bigger!
          No studies have been done on how to make your dick bigger beacuse of ;
          )the large amount of variables
)getting enough men in a certain controlled enviroment to study
)the larger amount of money needed to fund such a study
) the stupidity of spending money on research for a healthy body part! ( maybe we can take the money from stupid research like cancer or heart disease)

IF YOU REALLY NEED A DOCTOR TO TELL YOU THAT PE WORKS THAN YOU REALLY SHOULDN'T BE HERE BUT IF YOU GO AND ASK YOUR MOMMY MAYBE SHE'LL TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR!
The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

Does anyone know, how much money was spent on research for a cure for baldness?

Oh Peg, I had more faith in you than that last response deserved! The active ingredient in rogaine was not intended to cure baldness but rather a heart medicine. During clinical trails of the drug hair regrowth was an unexpected side effect. The drug did not show much promise during the trails for it's intended use so in order to recoup the money spent on the developement of the drug and knowing there was a market for the un intended consequence of the drug (hair regrowth) the drug compnay went with it and made some bucks. Most people don't realize that viagra was not originally for your dick but rather a drug to help ease the symptoms of angina. As the trial progressed and it was proven not to be as good as nitro but all the older guys were getting hard ons, well you know the rest of the story!

Does not change the fact that hundreds of millons whas spent in specific research for baldness.
Of course this was wasted as the answer came elsewhere.
Likewise hundreds of millions spent on impotence drug research.
Of course I could be wrong ,it may have been billions.

Now baldness is not life threatening, the fact vast money was spent on research to cure it shows one thing.
They thought there was a quid in it.

I actually made a similar thread before in another forum and I think there many reasons, but the 2 most important ones I would say would be the following:

First the risk of injury. In PE we all know of the risks involved, and if a doctor were to recommend the exercises to a patient he/she might not have a direct way to see if their patient is performing the exercises correctly, therefore injuries might happen and the doctors might get involved in that for recommending something "dangerous".

The second is that WAY too many people that give PE a try have so many wrong ideas that it is almost sad. I have seen it in forums such as Measurection, were there are guts desperate for their small sizes, but when someone comes along and try to tell them about PE, many of the so called experienced members jump in and just give stupid arguments "the penis is not a muscle therefore you can’t exercise it like one" or my personal favorite " if PE was real all men on the planet would be sporting 9 inchers".

There likes the second reason for me and the reason why the 9 inchers claim is just stupid.. PE takes a lot of time and consistence, something that many people lack. They just go and expect miracle results like gaining an inch in a month or something like that, and although there are extreme rare cases, most people just don’t gain that way. If you told someone that they will need to devote an hour or so for 5 days a week for this exercises and that in the end of that month they would be .1 inch bigger, most will think it is just not worth it, failing to see that every mm we add to our dicks just adds up and leads us closer to our goals.

It is just stupid I mean, we all know what to do to have a pretty nice body, there are thousands of gyms or sport centers out there, and yet there are a lot of overweight people. Why? Laziness and lack of consistence once more (of course not those overweight due to medical reasons or an illness)

In the end people that truly want to have a bigger penis will eventually find a forum or a book or a file or whatever with the information to achieve their goals if they commit themselves to it. What you put is what you get.

Thanks You'll find a PubMed link here: https://www.pegym.com/forums/site-an...cal-books.html . Of course, any research into this field is going to be backed by a company promoting a product/service- until a completely altruistic source of funds decides to conduct a PE study just for the heck of it.

Great post, and I agree 100%. You'll find that a lot of people will regurgitate the same rhetoric they read on anti-PE sites without actually taking the time to research the subject. It's the lazy man's way of doing things, and unfortunately, your protests will just galvanize their groupthink. Better to give them links to data-rich sites (like this one) than to argue with them. Those that are able to think for themselves in some capacity will eventually look into it.
