  • Best routine to gain length...

    Hi,

As you can see, I'm new to these forums... However I am not new to PE... I used to jelq a long time ago, back when I was freakin 16 years old (I'm now 22)... I quit after a couple of months, being young and all that. 2 years ago, I came back into the game, jelquing and stretching, however I think I was'nt doing it right, since I did'nt gain anything. Maybe a little girth, but that's it. So I decided to try an extender... the Size Genetics one... Was'nt really impressed, as I let it hang 10 hours a day during 2 months straight, and only gained like 1/10 of an inch.. It did make my glans way bigger, though. I quit because I could'nt function normally with that thing hanging 10 hours a day, and I had school like 5 days a week plus I was working.

But now I think I'm gonna come back for good. My penis is 6" erect and 5 in girth, and I want to increase that if possible. First, I want to increase length... Without causing injuries and all that. What is the best routine to increase length? Has any of you actually gained alot of length quickly with it (I know it won't grow overnight, but the quickest the happiest I'll be lol)? And since I'm more of a visual person, I would greatly appreciate videos or pictures of the techniques, as I think the reason my PE routine 2 years ago did'nt work was because I was'nt doing it right.

*edit* I also need to have hard rock erections if possible with the routine... thanks! (BTW I'm circumzised)

    Thanks in advance!

I'm new to the forums as well, but these are the links I see being passed around to answer most of these questions.

You can also check my log, I modeled it after those pages. We are starting at about the same conditions. The 2-day on 1-day off model seems to work well. Having a break lets things loosen up.

Wow, White_Hawk, we are of the same age both now and when we first started PE. I very much understand your problem, and like you, I only gained little too during those teenage days: probably half an inch in girth and a quarter of an inch in length. One good thing that happened then, though, was that my gains were cemented probably due to repetitive routines.

Again like you, I tried some products, too, even something similar to Size Genetics. However, the one I have been faithful to is just a cheap but functional stretcher (one that pulls the penis to your lower leg) and I have been using for a few good months now. It's giving me some good stretch throughout the day, and when I remove it, I feel like a pornstar when flaccid. I became a shower but my erect length is still the same.

Now, I have decided to return to PE, but my schedule sucks the life out of me. So I am maintaining it to a minimal, thanks to the advice of going411by7. I am already stretching almost the whole day save for the 30 min-1 hour removal to allow circulation every after two hours. Going411by7 suggested his very basic routine to me when he started: Warm-up and a 15-minute Jelqing session before sleeping.

        Hope I helped!
What I've learned in my previous experiences in losing motivation in fitness and in PE is that I shouldn't think of them as added activities I am required to put extra effort in finishing, but as part of my daily life and I'd be happy to accomplish them.

The beginner guide link has instructions on the exercises, which includes videos. Do some reading and looking around!

Haha that's cool. I am totally done with extenders or strechers though... I mean, walking around all day with that thing around is just too much... Plus, when you gotta take leak, gotta take it off, etc. So only 15 min jelquing before sleeping? How is that going? My schedule sucks too, I don't know how the hell I'm gonna manage to pull that through. Plus, I gotta go to the gym, because if not, the beer im drinking will take over my belly lol.

Ok thanks for the help! BTW, I read somewhere that jacking off after a jelq session will make you feel like exploding or something... Is that true, or recommended?

Amazing, I do fitness, too, but only with free weights at home.

As with my PE, I just finished my first week on the very simple routine. Being stretched almost the whole day, as I said above, my penis hangs like a flaccid pornstar's, but that's just it, no noticeable EL gains. That's why I resorted to having a routine once again, because no lady would enjoy just a long flaccid snake, lol.

As with the routine, it starts to feel heavier now, and I am getting good erections lately, which one calls 'rock-' or even 'steel-hard' erections. I usually shower before sleeping, so I try to squeeze in that 15-minute jelq session, keeping in mind that I have to be consistent in order to improve or just maintain the amazing erections I am getting lately.

I also forgot to mention that I do 5 sets of around 200 Kegels throughout my day (waking up, travelling to work, lunch, travelling from work, in bed before sleeping). It makes a well-rounded daily routine, so I don't have to dedicate a strictly set time except for the jelq routine.
What I've learned in my previous experiences in losing motivation in fitness and in PE is that I shouldn't think of them as added activities I am required to put extra effort in finishing, but as part of my daily life and I'd be happy to accomplish them.

I'm up to 500 Kegels per set for five sets distributed within the day, making it 2,500 Kegels a day (as long as I don't forget to do them). Which remind me to do my third set!

be patient. ive been doing this for about six months and am just now getting effects after having farted around with some intense exercises. i have recently switched to jp's beginner routine and this is helping. sometimes less is more. always do less instead of more. really, PE is extremely easy and not doing it is the same as doing it and not getting results. the only difference is that doing it opens the door to results so stay with it.
                      Initial BPEL: 7" (june 16, 2009)
                      Girth: 5"

                      BPEL: 7.4" (Dec. 11, 2009)

                      Current BPEL: 7.75" (Jan 1, 2010)
                      Girth: 5.2"

                      Goal NBPEL: 8"
                      Girth: 6"

Nice, I started JP's beginner routine a week ago... So far, all I can say is that I'm getting erections faster...

But I got a quick quesiton about JP's routine... In his description, it states: "Grasp your penis at the base firmly, in the O.K. grip, palms faceing down." that means you gotta jelq with an over-grip? Meaning your thumb is facing down also? And what about the V-velq.. I dunno if I'm doin it good... cant find any videos lol... Anyone can help?
