  • Too much?

    Hey Guys

    Currently Im doing PE for 6 weeks. My streching routine is like this:
    Directional strecthes U,D,N,W. 3 sets 1 minute hold each. Is holding 1 minute too much?

          I was holding stretches for 15-20 mins at the start.

          Just have to get to know how your body responds to it. In my case it was a little too much because i was getting some colour change and tiny bit of numbness.

          So I brought it down a bit to about 10 minutes. But you can easily get cramp in your arm holding so long. I've since added jelquing and seeing improvements.

          But no, 1 minute is nothing.

            I dont feel pain while doing it. I do jelqs after that and I feel a slight pain when starting to jelq but it goes away after some reps. And I feel little soreness on my shaft sometimes through out the day.
