  • Have a pencil dick and am looking to gain girth

    New here with a 7.2 length but 4.3 inch girth that really has me down as my length makes my dick look especially thin. I'm not really looking to gain length, I'm happy with that but my girth is a must change. How feasible is it that I gain an inch in girth? I'd be exceptionally happy with 5.3 girth. I'm not going to lie, it feels strange being on these forums, I am religious but I really want to ensure that when I marry my girlfriend I'm adequately capable to please. What is more feasible? Gains with a penis pump or through jelqing?

    A lot of guys are able to gain an inch in girth. Ive never used a pump and they seem very controversial to me some people claim to have gained and others say they havent. I would start with jelqing because its free and a lot of people make gains from it. I just started jelqing almost a month ago and im not certain because i havent measured since then but i think i have gained girth. Oh yeah is your length bpel or nbpel?

      Just looked up those terms. It's a BPEL measurement.

      And than you! That's good to hear. I'l start with jelqing most likely then. Are there any risk factors associated with the practice?

        I started at 4,75" girth and stoped trying to gain at 6.25" was maintaining at 6" .

            Welcome to the Gym.

            If you haven't done so already, it would be a good idea to read https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html Lots of good information on how to get on the road to a bigger, healthier dick.

            The JP90 beginners routine is a good place to start. Many guys have gained girth using this routine. If this doesn't help, you should consider pumping. I believe pumping was the primary contributor to my 1" gain in girth. Check out the pumping forum under devices to get additional information on pumping.

              Welcome to the gym, and thanks for joining us. Dont worry about the religious part there is nothing against God in dealing with your health, even penis health. The START HERE button at the top of the page has great information including the jonpop90 beginner routine. Start with about half intensity and slowly work up to the full routine in about 3 weeks. Then when you have some solid condition and knowledge of how your penis responds to excersizes the are ways to target girth expansion. Pumping is a great method that works for me. Squeezes, ulis, edging, jelqing well the list goes on. So enjoy reading up on things and if you have any questions feel free to ask. Be safe, consistent,persistent, and patient and you will meet your goals. You might look up pencil puller he has a group for men with your girth goals.

                Welcome! I joined relatively recently, and it can feel weird being on a forum like this at first, but in my experiences, it's well worth it because of the types of helpful members there are here. Good luck on your journey!

                      Hey Mr Mirin .
                      Do the 90 day beginners routine. At the end of that you should be able to see a gain. If its length or girth you can then make an ejected pick towards a routine that suits your goals. You never know you may grow little length and your member may respond greatly in the girth department. If in fact I may make a suggestion having gone from 5 to over 6 inches in girth I pick BathMate as my weapon of choice. Take it slow at the beginning and condition correctly.                         If you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety.


                        Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans, if your goal is girth, focus on moderate erection level jelqing.

                        You can please your lady with your current size, if you know how to use it. Confidence is very important, and taking care of her, and treating her well wins size anytime.

                        Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

                          Welcome Mirin to the GYM! Glad to havve you with us! I, like everyone else, suggest a conditioning routine like JP90 to start. Do lots of reading on all the beginner threads, measure correctly, take pics (or you'll regret it later), start a journal to log your progress and stay motivated, and above all, PE SAFELY! Enjoy the journey!

                            1" girth gain seems kinda high -- If it were the case there would be tons of guys here in the 6-7" range and that isn't the case.

                            That said, I do feel 0.5" should likely be achievable by most, given girth is largely harder to gain than length.

                              Welcome to the gym Mirin!

                              Go the conditioning route as mentioned above, it's important you don't skip it! But I (like Pegasus) believe edging contributed greatly to my current girth.
