Hola, buenas tardes a todos!
Five years ago I had a lig pop, a pretty serious PE injury. In the year following the injury i had a really hard time getting hard enough to have intercourse. Without going into detail, I had an American girlfriend with a bad attitude who wasn't understanding about this issue... So I resorted to using viagra and cialis which worked ok.
Today I want to report that I have hard-ons like I was 18 again. I did a lot of research on naturally boosting testosterone, many of you who are serious about fixing your ED problems have done some of the same research, but here's what has worked wonders for me:
3 eggs in the morning and 3 eggs before going to sleep
Fresh Broccoli during the day
Ginger tea twice a day
Compound exercises 3 times a week (Pullups, Dips, or Pushups)
The eggs provide cholesterol which is a critical building block of testosterone. Your body will make testosterone and HGH while you sleep so it's important to feed the furnace. Egg yolks are packed with minerals and good fat. If you still think egg yolks are bad for you, your missing out. That's soo 1990...
Broccoli and cruciferous vegetables will decrease estrogen.
I shred fresh ginger with a cheese grater and drink strong ginger tea. It is extremely healthy and hands down one of the best things to help ED and EQ.
I have unbelievable hard-ons, morning wood and amazing EQ during sex. I never have to worry whether or not I will be able to get it up. At the risk of sounding vulgar, I masturbate 30 mins to an hour before my Mexican girlfriend comes over so that I will have more staying power. Kind of like that old movie "There's Something About Mary" (Showing my age) where the guy masturbates before the date! Anyway, within a few minutes of my girlfriend touching me, I'm hard. Crazy, right?
I'm posting this hoping that my experience will help someone out there. We all have to learn from our own experiences.
BTW I eat most of my eggs raw, but I think cooked eggs work fine too. I'm not going to argue with anyone about whether or not it's safe to eat raw eggs, it's just something that works for me.
Hasta Luego
