Here is number 51 a not often mentioned free method .

        51. Get some sun

Sun exposure is a really good way to increase testosterone naturally. The sun rays will start the natural process of creating vitamin-D in your skin, and vitamin-D is really good way to naturally increase testosterone levels. By being out in the sun you’ll get that natural D flowing in your veins, so it’s much better way to enjoy the sun than take it as a supplement.

Sun exposure also seems to have other methods of hormone increase.

Just you saying people like jabbing themselves with needles says a lot about what you have to say..have you ever jabbed a inch and a half needle in your muscle? I'm thinking you haven't otherwise you wouldn't say the things you say..if you don't know what your talking about please don't give bunk info folks don't need it..

Yes I do work out even though I am now in my 50's . No I do not do drugs by jabing myself with long needles .
There is no requirement to do so, it is quite possible to work out without drugs, hard as it might be for some bodybuilders to believe .
I look like a guy with a long history of training drug free . That is not like the mutant alien look so popular in todays bodybuilding.

Look the Op does not require the supra normal levels many people seem to seek, a normal level will give normal sexual function . This is clearly achievable by natural methods , I would start by looking at sleep patterns and stress, I would then look if the basic diet is ok and basic fitness . After that there are 100 plus methods you can look at including pe type exercises .

And as far as holistic stuff to raise your natural test level, BUNK! And jackx if you were in the bodybuilding industry as you say then you had to have messed with roids yourself and no that is not true. And if you didn't then you didn't go very far in it..
I suggest you to read a little bit before you state atrocities. Everybody who goes on TRT is for life. Once you start putting in your body exogenous testosterone, the brain immediately detects it and start shutting down natural production. There is no such thing as using "half cc" thats the locker room advice. First, you can't talk about volume because it all depends on the concentration. Volume doesn't mean shit. Also it doesn't matter if you inject 100mg or 200mg a week, the brain will shut down anyways.

bout holistic medicine, how in the world do you think the body creates testosterone?? from thin air? from pixie dust??

Another bunk product..you wanna take test? Put a needle in your butt, leg or shoulder you don't go to the health food store. You go to the health food store for your stuff like cold press fish oils, vitamins maybe detox stuff but not test building stuff. Evem.most of the weight lifting products that they sell are junk. You really need to know what your buying.

I strongly suggest everybody to NOT listen to this type of advise. This is exactly the "locker room" advise that so many young kids follow these days and thats in their case why they develop erectile dysfunction before 50.

FYI, again, every time you use ANY amount of exogenous testosterone, the brain WILL shut down the natural production. After stopping injecting, "usually" the body bounce back, but never to the same levels that it was before, unless the individual was very careful to keep the hpta alive.

Why the fuck people say one can't increase testosterone by natural methods?
I know for myself I added 220 to my numbers by making changes in my diet. That is without working out and without having a perfect diet either.

Things someone could consider to increase testosterone , although in terms of diet one would need to make a bit of research and decide for himself (I'm not a doc, so this is broscience, although in terms of nutrition I would arguee a lot of info is broscience or plain ideologies battles):

                      - Lose fat, depending on how fat you are you unfortunately may have to keep low testosterone levels in order to get leaner
                      - Eggs (2 + per day)
                      - Grass fed butter and beef (no need for huge amounts of beef per meal!)
                      - lots of different vegetables and some fruits too ( organic, if possible, add beets)
                      - fatty fish (wild caught salmon etc..)
                      - little fibers and a lot of carbs
                      - improve sleep (sleep in complete darkness, sleep enough..)
                      - as peg suggested, get some sun
                      - meditation if done regularly can help with both stress (same for exercising if done reasonably) and sleep
                      - natural soap and shampoo.
                      - avoid plastic when possible (water in plastic bottles, regular shampoos etc..)

Of course testosterone is only one reason why you may be struggling with erections, there are many more (blocked arteries etc..).

Jackxxx, you don't know what your talking about..in order to shut your own down you would need to do more then the doc will be willing to prescribe. I'm a user and I'm monitored by my doc. I get blood work done every 3 months and I don't have any problems..do you own a health food store? Because you sound like you do. Like I said if you were ever in the bodybuilding industry like you claim you didn't go very far. And it seems like you were in a lot of different industry as you call it. I think you own a health food store off of singer island florida..

Wow popol that is a big increase in your T level with some pretty simple changes. Good job man.
May I ask how long it took for you to achieve such T level increases using these simple changes?
It's been several years since I was tested and I'm the same age range as the OP. My levels were down to 220 which is just barely in the normal range for my age. Below 200 for my age is considered low.
My urologist told me he would not recommend T injections at my age because, "once you start you will become dependent on it to maintain." I didn't want to go that route. Of course he prescribed Levitra. I got it filled but hardly ever use it.
My low T levels are what got me researching how to increase naturally and led me here. With PE I regularly get the EQ I want and the size gains are just icing on the cake. I've added a few supplements. I probably should return to the urologist to be retested but I'm kind of a, if its not broke don't fix it kind of guy.
Maybe I will get back andbe tested again, because I'm curiousif my levels have increased significantly.
Now I'm back to the wife not being able to keep up with me instead of the other way around.

There was six months between the two blood tests, however during a good part of this time I did not improve my diet and had no clue what to do , then I started making changes, I ditched butter , started eating whole grains, less crappy sugar foods (which I did not eat in big quantities either) , added more veggies etc... Red meat was very scarce. On the other hand I ate a lot more eggs and fatty fish, those and veggies must have helped! Sun may have played a part too.

I'll be testing again pretty soon I'm curious to see what numbers I'll get and see whether what I have implemented now helped me further.

Of course increasing total T is one thing but then you need to see how much bio available T there is (free T , from what I understand, is more often than not calculated and unreliable), how much T is turned into E2 etc...
You sound like you are doing very well though, I'm not sure you need to change anything. Improving diet is always welcome, but then you need to search through the crap and find the info which may be of interest.
I also wonder how much genetics play a part in what food does what to each individual.

It definitely looks like you don't have any experience in that field. Either from bodybuilding or from an amateur perspective. I have personally spoken to many doctors that work in the field of HRT, plus know several bodybuilders from all categories, ages. One of the thing we all agree, is that steroids are for the most part, still unknown. There are no human studies and trial simply because they are controlled substances just like heroin or cocaine. With that being said, the only thing we know is that EVERYBODY reacts different to them. Everybody. There is no dose or compound that can be universally prescribed for individuals to have expected results. Therefore the wide spectrum of different molecular structures in the market.

I have personally met people who have used steroids for bodybuilding their whole life and their natural testosterone levels recover almost to normal healthy levels. While I have met others trying small TRT doses and NEVER recovering again having to live forever on treatment. While I know MANY others, first hand experience, who have increased their Testosterone levels though proper nutrition. Others, after NOT recovering properly after using steroids, have been able to restore their bodies production after implementing a holistic diet and nutrition.

A drug will NEVER cure anything. Understand that. The only thing that can cure is your own body. And again, it can't do it from air or water or pixie dust. Its through nutrients, the basic building blocks of health.

I agree with what you just said. But let's face it you can only build your test level naturally to a small amount. I may not be a bodybuilder but a lot of my friends were and still are, but I have been competing in boxing and working out hard since I been a kid. I'm a gym rat and always will be and tried a lot of different things over those years so I think I know something..
