We're ahead of the curve here at PEGym as this is something we've seen building up for awhile now.

Porn has become a really terrible thing for men in my opinion. All the websites say dont enter unless you are 18 but lets be real no one pays attention to that. I started watching porn for the first time when I was 11 and turned into an addict instatnly. I would spend 2-3 hours per day as an 11 year old watching as much porn as I could. Since the brain is so undeveloped at that age it affected me much more than I think it affects people who start watching it at 20.

Now Im 18 and have PIED and it took 7 years of porn addiction. I imagine everyone has a threshold of how much they can view before it messes them up and the younger you start the shorter it will take. These days you have men like me who have been watching it since such a young age and we were really first in line for this "human experiment". The long term effects of porn were unknown and slowly as more of us suffer they become more acknowledged. I imagine in the future porn will be moderated or banned; at the very least it should be taken much more seriously.

"Porn addiction is a big problem"
Doctor's solution? He recommends to stop watching.
"And then I became normal again!" Patients later reported.
It's like magic: take away the poison, and it all gets better. I guess I can derive that porn is a poison

The article says that that clinic typically receives people with disease-related ED, and then later say that 1/4 of ED is porn-induced.
That's a sizeable chunk for this one problem.

People are going to be expected to moderate themselves with this poison, kind of like how we moderate ourselves with every other poison. Sugar, tobacco, alcohol. Credit cards and debt.
But no one moderates ALL poisons.

I found porn at the age of 13 or 14, back when downloading everything illegally was all the rage. I've never noticed any impotency from viewing or reading any sort of porn and I've looked at it practically every day 1-6 times. Hell, I spend most of my day on a porn site for graphic novel sorts. During all of my relationships just talking to my GFs would get me horny, but then again all we could do was talk.

I imagine in the future porn will be moderated or banned; at the very least it should be taken much more seriously.
If I know anything about history it's that banning something that was previously readily available, and is also a vice for many people, doesn't go very well.

Never had ED problems due to watching porn, and since I've been single 99% of my life I've used it a fair amount.

That said, any temp ED (lack of sex drive) I've had has been from the 'fairer' sex, either in harshly shooting me down or dragging me through the proverbial mud when things ended.

There is no doubt that excessive pornography has a direct effect on the quality of the erection.

However the only time I experienced a situation when I couldn't get it up is when I went for a cigarette break in-between sex.

Never done that again. & I stopped smoking since then.

                          But yeah porn is bad.
