    Hello all,

    So I have been "suffering" from this for some time now and I feel like I've run out of options.

    I am 21 years old, fit and healthy but I have very inconsistent erections and libido. Some days my penis feels great and I can achieve very hard erections easily, others not so much and it feels like I have to fight to get and maintain them. I have been lurking here for some time now and I definitely have to the desire and motivation to really work at becoming a sexual master. I currently have been doing the basic JP90 workout for a couple months now, I kegal and reverse kegal everyday, eat very clean (tons of veggies) and workout 5-6 times a week. I live a pretty stress free, happy life and can get girls when I desire. I even have tried the 5gs tea and other natural supplements (ZMA, other natural test boosters) to no effect. I do not watch porn and only masturbate every third edging session. I even take a cold showers everyday to maximize testosterone. I do not do drugs and rarely drink. Basically I feel like I am doing everything right and at my age I should be a sexual rockstar, but I'm not.

    Let me say this, I strongly strongly doubt that this is anything performance anxiety related as it seems to have no correlation as to if I am with a girl or not. Most of the time I notice it when it is difficult to reach that 60-70% erection when doing PE or the EQ when edging from day to day. Even if it is lets entertain the assumption that it is not.

    I had my testosterone taken this summer and it was on the low side 469 ng/dl with a similar free test on the low side. low but within normal ranges. Since then I have went on a testosterone maximizing lifestyle as mentioned earlier and I plan to check up soon to see where I am at now. I dont get morning wood or random erections often.

    I feel like my libido is low for my age, I dont ever feel the need to masturbate anymore and I can often just end an edging session and not think about sex again. at my age it feels weird.

    So that's where I am right now, I don't really know where else to turn. The only thing that strikes me as a little off is my test but as I mentioned its nothing too low and I dont really know what else I can do to naturally improve it. I really really do not want to take drugs for the rest of my life. I'd honestly rather take viagra/cialis than start messing with my hormones when so young.

    Has anyone gone through this? What should I do? All help is appreciated!

    Pills won't do anything for libido. When you're with a girl, is it difficult to obtain/maintain a usable erection?
    It obviously *could* have something to do with how worked your penis is from the PE, if you're saying it's inconsistent - try and find something that could be causing the bad days.

    What was it like BEFORE you were doing PE - better, worse, same?

      Are you getting enough good quality sleep? I know if I don't get enough rest my unit just doesn't cooperate.. actually, my whole body doesn't.

      Exactly how much are you edging? Maybe you should tone it down a notch, or more. The ding dong can only do so much.. before PE, how often did your dong get attention? Did your EQ/libido stink before starting PE, or after?

      Sounds to me it could be sleep related and/or he's just getting too much attention and needs to be left alone.

        Please answer this question honestly, do or have you ever masturbated to porn? If yes how often and when/did you quit? It's very common for excessive porn impairs libido in a 21 year old.

          Hi Anon, Well your next blood test you really need if T's are to high then that's as bad as to low.
          If your not getting morning woods, then do we take it your not getting nocturnal erections as well?
          I think a 4 week break from all exercising would be a big help for you just now, as this will give your body a rest and your penis.
          Some things you could try are Tribulus, L-arginine, L-carnitine, all 3 daily first thing in the morning, you could also try Boric acid (the poor mans Viagra) its a 1/4 teaspoon in a litre of water and drink through the day, ask for it at your chemist, cheap to buy.

          You could try this mix of mine as it will help bring some heat down below, its very good for giving your blood a zing to it, its something I do take daily.


          The way out and clearing away plaque would be to get on Cayenne Pepper, Turmeric with black pepper and garlic, take this each morning and see how you go.

          For each heaped teaspoon of turmeric you add a ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper, this helps the turmeric to get absorbed into your system better.

          The whole mix its all very healthy for you.

          You just mix CP and Turmeric and BP 50/50 in olive oil and then mix with tomato paste and thin it with olive oil, at first you just mix this to a heat ( this the heat that CP gives off) that suits you, and over time you can slowly increase the CP and Turmeric.

          You take 3 teaspoonful’s each morning first thing, you wash each spoonful down with water, before anything else just after you get up, one thing it will warm you up with this mix, which will also help would be very fine chopped garlic, just do a whole head, chopped fine, and keep in olive oil, with this you add dried parsley, a couple of good desert spoonful’s and mix, you just add a teaspoonful on top of the CP an turmeric mix, just mix into the top take as said.

          The Parsley its very good for the blood and helps keep your Cholesterol down.

          Please do keep both jars in the fridge, keeps a lot better that way.

          Now if you google and read up about all three, there very good for ED, your cholesterol, heart and it clears blocked arteries and veins, good at lowering HBP, prostate, prostitutes, clearing plague of a venous leak, gout and RA, garlic is also very good for your blood, so along with the CP and turmeric with BP, your be doing your body the world of good.
          Turmeric is a great way of fighting and lowering your triglyceride numbers when you have high cholesterol, and turmeric is also a way of fighting certain cancers.
          There are many sites covering the health benefits of turmeric, some are packed with lots of very interesting info and due to advertising restrictions cant be shown here


          At first you really need to be taken this 3 times a day the other 2 times just before meals, for 2 weeks, then just twice a day for 2 weeks then just the once at first thing in the mornings, great way to start the day.

          And yes have had ED now in recovery and do take what is above daily along with other supplements and a hormone.
          Good blood flow is necessary for harder erections and a healthy body.
          Cayenne Pepper, Turmeric with BP and Garlic, is the way to help good blood flow for erections and lots of other ailment’s.

          PS This really needs a 12 week trail, to see if its going to work for you, if its for RA do increase it up, the stronger it is the better it works for you.

          Don’t forget to up the amount of CP and turmeric as you go on.

            I had all these symptoms before I even knew about PE and it has really been the catalyst for me to try to better myself.

            I get tons of sleep, I try to prioritize it. Never less than 7 hours. Being on winter break right now I've been able to sleep whenever I want and haven't noticed anything. That shouldn't be the problem.

            I mean I do PE but I would say on the light side. 2 days on 1 off. only 100 jelqs and 20 kegals/RK a day. Pretty conservative from what I've deduced. I mainly am going for EQ

            I have watched porn before, never anything crazy or a ton. Just your average teenage amount. I haven't watched for sometime now and have no desire to go back.

            Thats the thing, the only thing I've noticed from PE is a larger flaccid penis. I dont think it got worse but I haven't noticed any gains really. The size of my erections can vary greatly by around 1/4' depending on the day.

            I want to be able to even this out. I know what great erections feel like and I want to work towards that being the norm.

              I mean I could be doing something wrong though? maybe an unbalanced pelvic floor?

              I just feel like when I'm not in the mood no amount of edging or hot girls will get me there. I also noticed I cum a lot faster when its a bad day.

              Its kind of funny, early in the day I could have a great erection, but later when trying to get another I really struggle. I have been trying to figure out the missing variable for months and just cant find it.

                You need to retest your testosterone .
                Your level seems to be that of a guy in his 50's and you have libido and eq to match .

                  You say that you workout 5-6 days a week.. what kind of training are you doing exactly? Are you over-doing it?

                    More consistency is usually had by finding an equilibrium with your ejaculations/sexual activity.

                    Are you currently sexually active? If so, are you also engaging in stamina training (esp. activities leading to ejaculation) and/or masturbation?

                    You train frequently for other aspects- if you're overtraining this might at least be partially responsible for your state. If you're not already performing cardio work as a part of your training then raising your abilities in that area could go a long way towards boosting your EQ.

                      Cardio is something I could probably improve upon but its definitily above average.

                      That's the thing, I feel great in every other aspect of my life. Im not the fittest guy out there but above average for sure. They did find a benign cyst on my left testicle this summer.

                      I had my Test checked twice this summer and it was in the mid 400s both times. The doctor of course said it was within normal ranges but being a PEgym reader I knew to keep asking for a second test. Going to check again after break.
                      What should I do if its around the same?

                      Is my only option to go on drugs if its low again?

                          1. The cyst is not serious; it is caused by a tiny semen tube (there are hundreds in a testis) getting blocked and swollen. I had a similar cyst. The gynecologist suggested I leave it if it doesn't pain. I took L'Arginine and after a year it is gone. L'Arginine dilates arteries and tubes and it is also good for PE.
                          2. If you want to increase testosterone, use a topical paste. If you drink T. pills, they get cleaned by the liver and do not reach the right places. Use the topical cream that has Chrysine in it, which prevents shrinkage of the testes. We use Solal 5% in South Africa.

                            I would ask the doc if the cyst is lowering your test.

                            Hindi squat may improve circulation on the area.
