    I will get checked again.

One more thing, will increasing my testosterone actually improve my libido/EQ? From what I read online as long as you're not super low and past a certain threshold increasing your testosterone does not do much for libido/EQ? Is this true?

That's the thing, I feel great in every other aspect of my life. Im not the fittest guy out there but above average for sure. They did find a benign cyst on my left testicle this summer.

I had my Test checked twice this summer and it was in the mid 400s both times. The doctor of course said it was within normal ranges but being a PEgym reader I knew to keep asking for a second test. Going to check again after break.
What should I do if its around the same?

Is my only option to go on drugs if its low again?
From a medical standpoint you should ask your doctor about all possible options. As for what you can do on your own, you're already in training mode. Refining it may helps. Of you feel undue stress and/or anxiety this can negatively affect your hormonal balance, so if these are factors steps should be taken to alleviate them.

The thread I posted in post 15 addresses this . In post 1 it starts by saying throw away the lame and useless "normal range" as currently described by docs.
To be honest it can be difficult getting sense out of docs on this .
Here is some natural test increase methods.https://www.pegym.com/forums/exercis...testerone.html
