    3 a day? I think you’ll be ok, but that’s just my opinion as an ex-smoker.

      I had been smoking for almost 8 years, up to 1 pack a day, and it took 2 months after the last cigarette to start noticing actual change down there. I have much much better erections now that I don't smoke (I also quit smoking weed 1 year ago). I haven't yet changed my diet which still consists of a lot of junk food and I don't exercice at all...

        I quit smoking and saw improvement within a couple of weeks. I also found cutting sugar out of my diet and exercising increased the improvement. Also google taurine, vitamin c and smoking interesting reading. Smoking makes your arteries inelastic quitting obviously helps as does taurine, vit c, drinking pomegrante juice, eating walnuts, dark chocolate and berries (for the bioflavinoids) etc etc. Smoking also makes your blood thick omega 3's and garlic seem to help here (be careful if you are on medication).
