  • At 30 Years Old, Erections Suddenly Became Soft & Extremely Sensitive

    I'm 33 years old. About 3 years ago my erections suddenly became much softer while simultaneously becoming MUCH more sensitive.

    I realize erection quality fades with age, but I'm confused as to why my erection quality dropped off suddenly and my penis became much more sensitive at the same time. It's so sensitive that I now have premature ejaculation issues when I never had them before. I've Googled around and haven't found anyone that's had the same problem. I'm wondering if anyone one else has experienced this?

    I recently had an intense physical exam and the doctors found no problems. I'm in good health overall. Not over weight. I can pretty much now only maintain an erection if I'm having sex doggy style or getting head, but I'm so sensitive that I can't do it very long because I orgasm right away.

    I tried Viagra, and while it does help me get it up and make me less sensitive, I don't enjoy sex when I use it. Also, the erections still aren't rock hard when I use it.

    If any one has any info/advice/help I'd greatly appreciate it.

    Uh huh. Good health . What about overall condition ? You can touch your toes I dare say but if you break into a run can you go for miles or is the corner a stretch? If you had to lump around some 60 lb bags for an hour or so would it be a problem?

    You might also have specific pelvic floor issues weakness/tension.

      Sounds like you have a weak pelvic floor. Start a K:RK routine to balance your pelvic floor. If you have a PORN / masturbation habit, that can also affect your EQ & result in pre-E / over-sensitivity. We need more personal info in order to help you, actually.         I just now tried to touch my toes (can't remember the last time I tried), and the answer is no I can't touch them.

        Not sure about the 60lb bags. It's been a long time since I tried to run a mile. So I'm not sure. Maybe my definition of "good" health is wrong. Perhaps I'm in average health?

        I'm 6'2 180lbs. When I had my physical exam done, they said I had the blood pressure of a teenager. And the blood test came back good as well. What do you mean by overall condition exactly?

          I'm going to research this pelvic floor thing. I'm mainly interested in EQ. The premature ejaculation issue is secondary to me. I'm thinking the two are linked since I started having problems at the same time.

          I've quit watching porn, but I have great difficulty quitting masturbation. Back before I started having EQ/PE issues, if I knew I was going to be having sex soon, I would quit porn and masturbation in the days leading up to my sexual encounter and everything would work out fine, no issues. Nowadays if I do this it makes no difference; my erections are weak and I have a really hard time not cumming even though my erection is only like 60%.

            I've recently become convinced that 90% (at least) of problems are diet related. Cut out the starchy carbs and see what happens.

              You might be in good health as the doc sees it . You are however by the sounds in poor general condition. So you may have 2 interrelated issues poor general condition and poor pelvic floor condition.

                Okay. So do you have any recommendations on what you think I should do? Pelvic floor exercises in addition to general diet and exercise?

                    Hi OK lets get you fit then, two good things is to get out brisk walking, do that for a week if you have a rucksack put 20 pounds of sand in it, then we go walking again still brisk, and don't forget water, keep hydrated, as time goes on up the weight.

                    Swimming is about the best other overall way to exercise, so add this to your walking, get in swimming a couple of times a week or more if you can, as both will soon get you up and running far better than you are now. OK

                    Chuck in some stretching, try it everytime you stand up, you feel good by doing that, get into doing some PE work, this well get some extra blood down your penis.

                    Last cut back on your masturbating, question do you get morning woods, if not try cutting out the masturbating till they come back.
