  • Am I over masturbating?

    I usually do it once a day, but sometimes more. Sometimes I get horny and have to masturbate a few times in one day to get any type of satisfaction. It ends up pretty limp but I try to cum anyway.. I find it hard to get it up and my penis aches. I have to hold in certain positions to keep it full of blood. It just feels tired and like it does not want to stand up straight. I think I rely on sex and cumming too much, like an anti depressant or anxiety relief. Trying to get my mind in a more focused goal orientated place.

    I had some previous health issues that made it numb and lowered my sex drive. Now it seems my sex drive is better but my penis is still exhausted.

    Is it called frapping?

    How long do you think it might take to recover?

    I really need to just stop masturbating?

    Any exercises that will help? I need to kegel right?

    I am going to focus on my lifestyle, no smoking cut back heavily on drinking..etc. Start jogging...etc.

    Also bought a bathmate wil this help? Or be too much strain?

    Cut way back. If you must ejac don't fap for an hour, get it done in like ten minutes. You're screwing up your dick/PF and your sexual response with all that fapping I'd imagine.

    Don't PE till your dick is recovered.

    If you can't get an erection, don't fap!

          Serial masturbation has a strong association with PORN addiction, especially in the "internet generation". Do you watch PORN a LOT, dual? If so, breaking the PORN habit will greatly reduce your desire to fap, usually. How long have you been a serial masturbator? Think of how much productive time you've wasted while fapping, to say nothing of how you've destabilized your pelvic floor. There ARE healthy alternatives you can begin to help you recover, but you have to have the willpower and determination to break what's become a daily habit.

          When you feel the desire to fap, try getting some exercise, go for a jog, workout in the gym, even walk around the block. Put yourself into a public environment, where it's impossible for you (or at least uncomfortable, hopefully) to indulge in your desires. If you'll practice self-control, you'll discover it becomes more and more easy to control your serial masturbation, PLUS, you'll be improving your health and social skills in the process!

                Sounds like you need to retrain your pen0r. Some good advice here already in the thread. Also a tip is if you're in private and you get the urge to get a hard on, you can have the hard on without masturbating. Wood feels good by itself, so try that without masturbating so you can begin to reduce the number of masturbation sessions per day.

                  If you are fapping to porn then you will need to reboot. Quit porn for good, block it on your phone, your PC etc.
                  I recommend 2-4 weeks of no fapping and the. Doing in maybe once a week at most depending on your results.
                  3x a week is a max for anyone.

                    Please stop masturbating more than a few times a week I used to do exactly what you do and I developed erectile dysfunction really man stop now the orgasms will feel so much better if you wait. Just think about how bad it will feel when this catches up to you and you can't get erect with a girl you really like, it's infinite times worse than being horny for a few days while you break this habit.

                    Please take this seriously stop doing this so much.

                      ​Here's a good solution for you. Only have your partner masturbate you. If she's like my wife, it will only be 3 to 4 times a week. If she's as good as mine... it will be enough.

                        Ok I have managed a couple days so far. I am going to try and not orgasm until i see my GF in september but maybe a hard goal to reach. I am waiting for my unit to tell me when he wants to orgasm. For a proper erections. If I ever get one without stimulation.

                          Find some hobbies or something to distract you from those thoughts. I am always bored and used to just find myself jacking off to pass time. It's not good. I started the 90-day anti-porn challenge yesterday. I deleted all porn links on my PC and I recommend you do the same. Clear your cache and history as well, so you don't see any references to porn that may give you the urge to click and watch.
