I guess it's 30-45 minutes during sex, and only 5-10 mins for random erections? Still, if you say 20 erections sounds right that means I'm abnormal. I can't imagine the mind of someone so horny.
I think about 10 has always been about my best, but used to have 2 hour erections with my now wife laying on it, it was a bit like tantric sex, but it was great fun at 23 years old, I think sometimes I could have 2 hour nocturnal erections, so hard they wake me up not bad at 70.
Lots of people do, it’s because of the chemical revolution. There’s endocrine blockers in the air, in plastic bottles, you can’t grt away from it. The medical community has even lowered their threshold for low T to compensate, it’s pathetic. GET ON TRT. 400 is low for a 24 year old, you need to be atleast 700.

No symptoms actually. I'm 82kg 190cm (I misjudged my height and got measured at the doctors) and I have veins on my legs and arms, visible serratus but not visible abs but almost so I guess I'm around 14-15% BF (almost like an elite athlete) I saw a fool on this forum whith no muscle definition whatsoever no veins visible and a fat belly saying he had 5%BF hahaha.
But still I feel it's Fing low, like wth. I did however only sleep 4-5 hours the week before per night and literally ran to do the test and I did it 13 30 in afternoon.
However I'm way low on erections. I have at the most 10 erections per day and they are only 5mins each so that's extremely worrying. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get TRT in my country from a regular government connected healthcare facility so I will have to go to a private doctors office specialized in prescribing test. And I would need to lower my testosterone below 280 to get a prescription. And the prescription only brings you up to 575 Maximum which is retarded.
That sounds absolutely crazy to me. I average like 5, and I used to go days with 0 when I didn't exercise, that includes nocturnal erections. Should I be getting random erections during work or when reading news articles? Are normal males really that horny? Also, the average erection is allegedly 30-45 minutes, so I guess some men are erect 15 hours a day. My erection ends 20 seconds after I let go of my dick. I probably have T levels of a 100 year old man, despite feeling fine and having no diagnosed conditions.
Using the above figures, that's 5 to 15 hours of daily erectile activity. Doesn't seem correct- at least not for human averages.

Well no wonder your T levels are so low. You need more sleep!
And technically you could get on TRT taking illegal testosterone for long enough to lower your own T levels, like a lot of pro bodybuilders do to get legal steroids working with the system, but at your age this remedy will cause more problems than anything else. I don't think you want to risk cancer and man boobs with juicing.
Alternatively you could go the natural route and lower stress, work your ass off lifting heavy weights, eating more fat, and sleeping to raise your t levels. It may not be much but it's cheaper than the alternative band worth a shot at least.

10 erections per day is likely 20 when nocturnal is figured in. People's libido are individual. Somebofnus focus on other things during day to day activities. It doesn't mean there is something wrong. Are you a well adjusted member of society? Do you take care of yourself and your responsibilities? Then quit reading this crap and trying to convince yourself something is wrong. 400 level testosterone may be a little low, but you are functional and can use natural methods to raise it. If checked first thing in the morning it would likely be higher. Porno does not raise testosterrone.

Well the only symptoms I have of low T is bad erection frequency and duration, it's actually drastically different to when I was a teen. I'm carefully doing what I can day to day and try to pass my exams etc. That's why I go off the rails on forums using hyperbole to let off steam and because it's a personality flaw, when anonymity kicks in... But 400 feels very low so I will definately start sleeping more and maybe stop my no saturated fat diet I have been doing for the past year.
I eat 0 foods with more than 3-4% saturated fat. No cheese no dairy fat products at all, no red meat, only eating fish and 10% ground beef and never using butter in cooking but using olive oil instead only drink skimmed milk.
