The average man has 10-20 erections per day?

OK, serious question... who the fuck has consistent, random erections during the day past the age of ~20?

It just sounds ridiculous to me. I don't see grown men hiding their boners like 14 year olds.

MAYBE 1 or 2 randoms a day I could accept. Maybe. But come on... 10+ is just silly. I didn't even get 10+ a day when I was 14.

I don't even get spontaneous erections during the day when I take 20mg of Cialis, unless there is some sort of mental or physical sexual stimulation. And I don't even need the Cialis, just helps with some performance anxiety.
