You have low testosterone and should use natural methods to increase it.

Anything under 500 is likely to cause issues.

We often prefer popping a Viagra pill to get the necessary lift? But, do you know why you’re getting the erection problems? There are many reasons behind the development of Erectile dysfunction (ED)in men. In most of the cases, it’s due to psychological factors. Performance anxiety is caused by negative thoughts, issues in the daily life, office stress, fear about penis size, etc. In addition to erection problems, performance anxiety can also lead to premature ejaculation, delayed ejaculation, and loss of sexual interest

Well, I've been having success with sex as of lately without taking any pills. So, not to worried about it.

I had this test done at 3pm my time. Seems the optimal is around 10AM or so. Anyone know how much your results can fluctuate during the day? Is it possible I had say, 450 TT and it went down to 350 towards the end of the day? I'm surely getting my morning wood back and feel more active in the morning. So, I assume this is likely true.

Yeah, will go in for a earlier morning test.

But, I am still doing a change in diet and getting to the gym. Even if it's not super low, I do feel better now. However, need to maintain and improve regardless as I'm getting older.
