  • Found a treatment that does work but the side effect is unbearable

    HI PEgym,
Here is a quick rundown of what happened to me :
I got ED, PE, varying PF numbness, relatively low T, really weak morning and no nocturnal erections.
My trouble was caused by cycling, having pressure on my PF for nearly 2 years and one saddle that I used only for one day really damaged me around the rear part of the bulbospongiosus muscle . I have been pain free over the years, but my other symptoms remained the same.
The permanent damage can either be to the muscle, the a nearby vein and nerves too, the nerves are unlikely.

The only 2 supplements combined that worked the best so far are 2200mg Krill oil and 100mg turmeric extract .
It takes about 3-6 days for the effect the build up, after 4-6 days my erections last longer and reach about 90-95% firmness.
It did not improve on my other symptoms, but with stimulation I was able to get and maintain an adequate erection.

The only drawback is that I get a horrible pain nearby one of my tooth, a pulsating unbearable pain. It happened 2 times already, I take the supplements daily, I reach peak EQ and on the same day or a day after the tooth pain starts, comes and goes in attacks. It happens when I eat or lay down, takes about 30-90 minutes to cease, the frequency of the pain attacks decrease as I stop taking the supplements .
I have been to the dentist, he drilled into it to check the canals or channels, he said they are clear, no sign of infection or cavity on that tooth . They checked it on panoramic X-ray too, no sign of cyst or other anomaly that could cause the pain .

I get the pain at the same spot and all over my teeth when using PDE5-i . It really started when I took Vizarsin (sildenafil) earlier this year which is orodispersible means that the tablet dissolves in the mouth.

I'm demoralized by this, back to zero again . I don't want to extract the tooth, but living with no decent natural erections is detrimental to my psychological health .
Out of ideas again, the last thing I want to do is to visit and waste my time and money on doctors, urologists and andrologists doctors the best they can do is to do a doppler and tell if i have venous leak (somewhere) and prescribe a pump and more pde5i. There is no pelvic floor trainer on this part of the European continent, also if my problem is vascular related then I just can't go to a phlebologist, they only deal with varicose on legs .

Did I get this right? You said the dentist drilled into the tooth that had no cavity?

That is the way how he looked at canals to check if there is any infection.

Then one of you is nuts because an x-ray tells you about infection. Drilling a good tooth for no reason is stupid. In what country is this?

Could be Sinus cavity disturbance, that can cause irritation of nerves to teeth.

They have not seen anything that could cause it on the X-ray images, I agreed that he can check the canals manually, since the pain was unbearable I was not able to sleep or work or do anything other than groan for 24 hours . It was so painful that the lidocaine injection didn't dull the pulsing pain entirely, the pain slowly ceased in a few days after I've been to the dentist.

It's hard to tell, it was coming from one spot nearby the root of my tooth. The only thing I have noticed is that it only hurts for days when I loaded up on 2200mg per day fish oil and 100mg per day turmeric extract . Outside of that it also hurts when I take Vizarsin (orodispersible sildenafil).

Please listen very closely to Cusp in regards to teeth. He knows.

Now being off the wall I would suggest looking into blood pressure in regards to using those items. Many get headaches with sildenifil. The headache may feel as though it is in a tooth for you. Some feel them more in their eyes or AS Dangler suggested the sinus cavity. My last tooth extraction tore my sinus and hurt the most at the base of my skull...

I'm looking at anatomy images, but it's not close. Much closer that molar's root, between that and closer to where my jaw connects to the skull.

proximity of nerves ? I've experienced tooth pain, on several occasions, usually upper rear of mouth, been to dentist, on more than one occurrence. Nothing with the immediate tooth found. Dentist suggested something neurological going on. Nothing identifiable using x-rays.

It is mostly at the spot I described ,right upper first molar, around the tooth's root area, when it hurts the most the pain if felt toward up and rear where my jaw connects to the skull (not toward the sinus).
Dangler, could yours be connected to use of any PDE5-i or supplements ?
I don't worry about the tooth ache right now that much, it must go away in a few days. I might have to stop taking vizarsin and use regular other sildenafil pills .
I'm just upset and depressed, I still have not made lasting progress in the last two years, I just hate to live like this

Not taking those. I've had this type of ache a handful of times through recent years. Noted- always ache on an upper tooth, towards rear of mouth.
