i use a trick to control it
i use stopwatch 10-20 mins jelq session
over errect = start counting it doesn't matter cuz of the stopwatch so count to eliminate dirty thoughts just foucs no dirty thoughts and don't imagine ur penis bigger
low erect = dirty thoughts reach 90% so it's over erect than 60-70% so do the first process again untill u reach ur percent and so on
no 100% or be careful do &never touch ur glans or press back bone while 100% erect

Try coming at it from the other side:

Get fully rock hard erect. Do not ejaculate.

Then as the erection subsides jelq at the appropriate level, using the jelq to keep it there.
