I had a post a week or two ago, thinking my ED could be due to a PE injury.
I’m 33, started experience ED issues when I was around 30. Smoked heavily for 5 years, then switched to vaping thinking it is entirely safe. HUGE MISTAKE, I thought nicotine had no side effects, I was going through 2-3 jul pods a day, equivalent to 2-3 packs of cigs worth of nicotine, for a year and a half. Of course I’m paying the price now, with vascular problems.
I quit the habit after suffering episode of elevated blood pressure. For a week or so. Then, I contacted an ex by mistake, by hitting the wrong button. I smoked two packs of cigs that day and chugged down some beer. Two days after, periphery artery disease symptoms became clear, very cold feet and penis, while the rest of my body is really warm. My feet were painfully swollen today, veins popping, and blood pressure constantly elevated, and ringing in my ears, and calves sore and feel heavy to walk around. Now, I’m starting to believe that heavy smoking/vaping is the cause of these issues, which includes ED problems, and pelvic floor stretching won’t help much.
Does any have any experience with such symptoms and if ED is reversible in this case? Seems reading around the internet, this isn’t reversible. I will have to visit a doctor at one point. I’m not going to hide it, I feel really guilty for thinking vaping was safe and that nicotine has no bad effects, let alone how expensive those things are.
