    5mg is quite a low dose which is meant more for daily use rather than on demand.

    And sadly that might be the case but it doesn't mean things can't be greatly improved to the point where meds are needed at lower doses (like the one you tried) or maybe not needed at all.

    My advice, see the cardiologist, get a detailed report and then see a Urologist who specialises in sexual medicine. That will set you on the right path.

    Ps, whilst no ED is "ideal", I can you assure it's better to have inflow issues rather than outflow issues the latter of which can be very difficult to treat depending on severity.

      Thanks for the replies. I’m in a very bad mental state right now. This is all very bad news. I was happy to have quit smoking and started vaping. But I was vaping 2 juul pods a day until I developed peripheral artery problems. I had ED issues that started about 3 years ago. I have an appointment with another doctor in a little bit and a urologist next week. Will keep you updated, but I’m leaning towards them saying that I have severe artery issues.
