As I'm almost 4 weeks in and noticing no results, I'm ready to say pelvic floor therapy for ED/pain wasn't helpful in my case. Mostly what was done is massage (and few stretches) of pelvic/core region, as well as sticking a finger up my butt every session.
I had an appointment last week with fortunately one of the top (and unfortunately expensive) implant doctors in New York. After years of trying to solve ED naturally on my own, and conservatively with doctors, I'm 75% sure I'll be getting an implant in the coming weeks/months, as initial results of my current treatment between pelvic floor therapy and at home shockwave device doesn't look promising. I'm almost ready to go for an implant, but I want to dig deep on educating myself first on implants pre-op and post-op. I'll work on that soon. The fix for ED doesn't seem to be a one size hat fits all. I tried everything I could over 15 years. With no success, I'm now ready to stop putting off what I have for so long, getting an implant.
