    Yes, I'm stretching it straight out and slightly upward, about an inch shy of full length, and then using the IC muscles to pull straight in. It helps me confirm that I'm getting a good IC flex. Then, per her instructions, I added the rest of the kegel on each rep AFTER getting a good IC flex.

      So is this not a good idea to perform if you have a really tight pelvic floor? From my understanding kegels are not recommended at all until you're able to get it relaxed. I know this isn't exactly kegels but trying it out, I really don't see how I can do this exercise without at least lightly kegeling.

        Sorry for the late reply, man, I just noticed your comment. I'm no expert on PF balance, so it would be irresponsible for me to even venture a guess. I will say that when I was isolating the IC, I didn't feel my PF tensing at all. I was specifically focusing on pulling straight in against the stretch while keeping everything else relaxed.

            So basically in 2015 i learned about kegels i overdone and somehow i trained IC MUSCLE in excess and now since 2015 i get spasm( involuntary kegels from IC) when i touch my glans, rockhard erection in 1-2 seconds and this gave me premature ejeculation. I don't know how to relax this muscle. If anyone know how to relax ic muscle plzz help

                Chronic spasming of the IC are implicated in some cases of hard flaccid.
