Stretch your dick straight out and slightly upward, just shy of full length. Do a light kegel, focusing on pulling your dick straight inward against the stretch. For the first few days, just focus on being able to find the right flex as quickly as possible. 3-5 sets of light flexes twice a day is good. After you've built it up a little bit, start gradually increasing the intensity of the flex, but keep the stretch just short of full length. Then, once you get it strong enough that it needs more of a challenge, gradually increase the length of the stretch to give it more resistance to pull against.
Don't get in a hurry. I almost got a cramp in my right IC yesterday. Luckily, I know that feeling well enough that I backed off in time. I imagine an IC cramp would be a solid 0 on the fun scale
