    Don't worry about being erect. This will work just fine completely flaccid. Stand with a wide stance and push your hips forward. Stretch your dick straight out and slightly upward, just shy of full length. Do a light kegel, focusing on pulling your dick straight inward against the stretch. Once you can get it to pull inward, do about 10 more and then take a rest. After about 30-60 seconds, repeat the exercise. 3-5 sets will do the trick.

    For the first few days, just focus on being able to find the right flex as quickly as possible. 3-5 sets of light flexes twice a day is good. After you've built it up a little bit, start gradually increasing the intensity of the flex, but keep the stretch just short of full length. Then, once you get it strong enough that it needs more of a challenge, gradually increase the length of the stretch to give it more resistance to pull against.

    Don't get in a hurry. I almost got a cramp in my right IC yesterday. Luckily, I know that feeling well enough that I backed off in time. I imagine an IC cramp would be a solid 0 on the fun scale

      Noticing some differences in arousal and, surprisingly, sensitivity today. I was just thinking about sex today, and I could feel the IC muscles... pulsing?... I guess would be the right word. And up he rose. Not to full mast, but I usually don't even get a chubby without fluffing it a bit. The sides were also more sensitive than usual. And this was after PE and charging one off.

      I thought it might have been just a fluke, but it just happened again. Laying in bed fully clothed, thinking about banging my girlfriend. Pulsing and engorgement.

      I really hope this continues

          I saw an uptick after a couple days. Maybe 10%. Two days ago I started flexing harder, almost a full kegel, but focusing on getting a good pull against the light stretch. My wood this morning was great, and my flaccid hang has also been great today. I'll keep the updates coming as I notice things improve or decline

            Out of curiosity OP do you have or had Pre E issues before doing IC exercises and if so seen any improvement in stamina or control? I have a couple threads on the Pre E forum about IC benefits on pre E and dry orgasm.

              I'm needing more mental control every day. Before, I could think about sex whenever I wanted, but pretty much decide whether to get a hardon or not. Twice today, I had to focus on something completely non-sexual because I had no control over it. There's one female coworker with a cute little ass that might cause me some trouble if I don't relearn how to filter my thoughts.

              I don't know what to call the specific kegels I'm doing, but they're working scary fast.

                I'm looking into training my IC muscle as well. I think I'm getting it. From my understanding, it is sort of like a kegel but where you only hold or try to hold the very beginning of the "movement." I seen the base of my penis go inward a bit but I can barely hold it for a second if that and if I try to hold it longer it usually turns into a full kegel.

                Am I on the right track? And do I just need to work on trying to hold it longer without doing a full kegel?

                  Definitely on the right track. It really helps to pull your dick out to almost full length and focus on flexing it inward as hard as possible against that stretch.

                  So far, I've only been doing the 2 second flexes, sometimes with a 10-20sec hold at the end of a set. So I'm not sure if longer holds would work better

                    On some of the other IC threads dickerschwanz, who I’m sure I’m butchering his name, has posted about the IC for a long time has some medical literature that suggest that longer holds when it pertains to the IC might better. In theory it makes sense, since we want to be able to keep it hard for a long period of time . I have had great success with 30 second and 1 minute holds, but probably doesn’t matter.

                        Holding an IC flex against a light stretch is quite a challenge. Best I've managed is ~30sec, and it usually starts giving out somewhere around 15.

                        But the real reason I'm giving this update is: for the first time in a long time, I got an inadvertent chubby without consciously thinking anything sexual. My gf and I were just hanging out last night while she was baking some pies, and I was standing next to her while she was sitting in a chair in the kitchen. She looked up and smiled at me, and that was all it took.

                        Also, my flaccid hang has been bigger than normal (But that could be because of other differences in my program). And my morning wood has been phenomenal.

                        Oh, and the other night, after sex, I stayed hard for about 10 minutes after orgasm. If it hadn't been so late, I could have easily gone for round 2

                          Sex last night:

                          Got hard super quick, even for wearing a cockring. Gf grabbed a shower when we got home, and I was just laying in bed waiting for her. By the time she got in the bedroom, I was half hard. Usually, she has to give me head for a minute or two, but by the time she crawled across the bed, I was ready to go.                               This may very well be what the OP did. She did a great job explaining what to do in simple terms. I'd been isolating the IC until yesterday. I watched the vid and followed her instructions, and afterward had an amazing erection with almost no stimulation. I only did one set of six (I always start out slow and build up).

                              The way she describes it is to pull IN and then flex everything. When I did that, again pulling against a light outward stretch, I could feel the CC's surging with blood against my hand. It was like taking what I've been doing and supercharging it.

                                I'll keep on trying - maybe when I'll isolate it and make it a bit stronger, I'll feel something down there as well.
