Ballooning 101

  • In the how to thread for ballooning on here it says to just do regular kegels.. but in Ballooning 101 it says to do reverse kegels.
    There's so many contradictions as to how to do this.

    • Also, when I am doing this, I'm so erect, my dick is upward. So doing this kegel (normal) doesn't cause much movement, and a reverse kegel (not sure if I'm doing this right, I just pretend like i'm forcing to piss), creates no movement. Any ideas?

      • My friend Kingpole has not been onsite for some time . He may have passed . He was never a purist with ballooning ,his method may never have been textbook ,but it sure helped a lot of guys.

              Yes you are doing reverse kegels right.. there's no penis movement like a regular kegel provides. When I do RK's during ballooning it makes my dong explosive full. Practice makes perfect!

              • Can we anyhow get some visual presentation of the spots which are most likely to be effective to rub?

                I get that the glans is one but whatever I do, I do not get an errection by simply rubbing the glans. Even with normal masturbation before and then switching to purely stimulate the glans makes me rather lose my errection. Same for the side of the shaft.

                  It's the feel good spots, basically. If your glans is not sensitive seems to me it's either desensitized from poor masturbation habits and/or your pelvic floor is imbalanced.

                  • I do a hybrid of edging and ballooning. First I do some light jelqing with some DIY penis enhancement cream (recipe on PEGym). Then I stroke my penis slowly over the backside of the glans (frenulum). I get my arousal level as close to a 9 out of 10 as possible (10 being the PONR and ejaculation) and then I do a really hard reverse kegel and hold it. My penis sinks down a bit but is very swole. At that point, I switch over to my "magic spot", which is at the base of my cock on both sides. I use a thumb and forefinger from the underside and do a rolling motion (simultaneous circles on either side). This brings me to a very intense dry orgasm, or what I would consider 9.5 arousal.

                    I can ride this dry orgasm for several seconds and it feels AMAZING. (Not as good as prostate orgasm, but damn close.) The cool part about it is that if my arousal wanes down to an 8, I can let up on the reverse kegel, and then go back to light stroking up the underside of the glands and get back to a 9 and repeat. Each dry orgasm gets more intense than the last, and lasts longer too! Sometimes I will do a very light brush against the frenulum and back to the "magic spot", and switch between the two, while I am in the 9 state to push me faster into 9.5 state and ride the dry orgasms even further (10 seconds+)

                    If I accidentally get to a 10, the beauty is that due to the held reverse kegel, there are no contractions and I can feel the cum slowly roll up inside my shaft (same feeling as pre-ejaculation). Then I just clamp down hard with a reg kegel and it stops it completely. I lose a part of my erection at that point, like down to 80%. The awesome part is that just going back to the frenulum stroke gets back to an even harder 100% erection and can easily repeat the process.

                    I could go like this for hours, but you do eventually get sore. So if you want to try this and ejaculate orgasm, I would suggest cumming before you get sore.

                    This has an extremely veiny ballooning effect and leaves me with a heavy member if I don't ejaculate.

                    This is a great way to practice working up to NEOs (Non-Ejaculatory Orgasms). I wouldn't suggest trying until you have practiced this extreme ballooning, because if you try to kegel through the PONR, you may lose the contractions that make a wet orgasm so pleasurable, but have cum dribbling out.

                    What you can try when you decide to finally cum is to quickly and lightly flutter your PC muscles in sync with your contractions (pumps) as you cum. This will make the orgasm even more intense and can make you shoot your jizz much further and with high volume.

                      • After doing this hybrid method (I call it "Riding The Orgasm") for 30 minutes last night with no ejaculation, I am getting steady light tingly full-body orgasmic waves all throughout the day and a very pleasantly warm fuzzy feeling in my penis. It is kind of distracting, to be honest. lol. Here I am at the office with bedroom eyes and the ladies are looking at me in curiosity. Even just urinating feels crazy good.                         Anyways, reverse Kegels are the key. Wait until you get to about 8 out of 9 arousal, hold the reverse Kegel strong and try to ride the feelings between 9 and 10.

                        The way I see it, a reg Kegel increases pleasure, and those random flutters can push you over the edge. If you clamp hard on it, you may (or may not) be able to stop yourself from ejaculating, but it is much more difficult than simply riding the dry orgasm. The orgasm from cumming is in that split second before you have those ejaculatory contractions. Extending that split-second over several seconds allows you to experience the orgasm completely dry and it lasts longer without even a drop of pre-cum. Although the contractions enhance the orgasm, without it, the orgasm is warmer and full body.

                        Let's say the arousal scale usually goes 0 - 1 - 2 - 3 (Half-Erection Stage) - 4 - 5 - 6 (Full Erection Stage) - 7 (Pleasure Stage) - 8 (Building Stage) - 9 (Pre-Orgasm Stage) - 10 (PONR Stage = Contractions+Ejaculation)

                        If you reverse kegel at 8, then the arousal scale looks more like:

                        8 - 8.1 - 8.2 - 8.3 ... ... ... 9.5 - 9.6 - 9.7 - 9.8 - 9.9 - 10

                        The orgasm stage is actually tucked in between 9 and 10 and most men don't know that you can separate the orgasm out from the ejaculation by going past 9 but not reaching 10. Even prolonging the building phase is extremely pleasurable, going each small step from 8 to 9.

                        It basically extends the scale between 8 and 10. The first time you try, the scale isn't all that extended, but the more you practice the longer you can hover and ride out 9.5 - 9.9, where the dry orgasm happens. Without the reverse kegel, you will go straight from 9 to 10, with the orgasm coinciding with ejaculation. However, you can separate out the orgasm at around the 9.5 - 9.9 stage. The closer to 10 you get, the more intense the orgasm is going to be without cumming. If you accidentally go from 9.8ish to 10, then just shift from the reverse Kegel to a reg Kegel to stop it and then restart from 6 or 7 (80% to 95% erection).

                        Don't be afraid to stroke the frenulum to get to 8 or even occasionally message it to build up from 8 to 9 while reverse Kegeling. It feels amazing (why not?), and if you have a strong PC (train!) then your reverse Kegel will give you plenty of time to switch over to a less sensitive spot to ride the "The sweet spot" where all that orgasmic goodness happens.

                        TL;DR train reverse Kegels. I argue that reverse Kegels are far more important than traditional Kegels.

                        Side note, this is way more challenging during sex. If you want to try it, I would suggest going with oral first. Let your girlfriend or lover lick your frenulum and slowly stroke your shaft by hand until you get to 8, reverse kegel, have her continue to lick but slower, and then once you reach 9, have her switch to kissing, licking, or sucking on the underside of the base of your cock. If that isn't enough to ride a dry orgasm, you could have her try just massaging your magic spot. Communication is super important here. During penetrative sex, this is like ultra expert mode. It is far easier if she is on top and grinds you than thrusting, as pelvic movements make it extremely difficult to maintain a good reverse kegel, although it is possible. If you do get to the point where you try thrusting, go with the coital alignment technique (CAT) (Google it!) and when you get to 9, go balls deep, reverse Kegel h-a-r-d and grind against/inside of her to ride the dry orgasm. (Make sure to void your bowels and/or take a gas pill first ) Also, note that it takes a lot of practice to remain present with your lover while being able to focus on the sensations in your cock. It might be best to let her know that you may get in the "zone" if dry orgasming is your goal.

                          • You are welcome! I have been lurking on these forums for quite some time. I hang, do JP90, and balloon as my exercises and I have gone from a 5.5" BPEL to a 6.5" BPEL, and a 5.5' BPFSL to 6.75' BPFSL. Girth went from 5" to 5.25" (I mostly hang with LG Hanger). Been doing this for a total of about a year's worth of time with some long breaks in between. I am now a shower rather than a grower, and EQ has never been better (I am 36). My goal is to gain another inch in BPEL and after focusing on girth, another inch there too.

                            I feel this technique was too good not to share.

                            As far as PE goes, I plan on not ejaculating from this until after 90 days (I am currently on my own version of No Fap/PMO). Without ejaculating my flaccid penis is so much more full and much easier to reach the hardest erection I have ever had. I would say I am in an extended state of half erection (3 out of 10 arousal). Combined with hanging, I am hoping the gains will come quicker, but only time will tell.

                              • Great article! I find that without visualizations or porn, the best way to get aroused is simply to jelq and do a few Kegels. Lifting weights, taking ZMA before bed, using penis enhancing cream (the recipe on PEGym is great for this), and other methods to boost testosterone and blood flow to the penis will make getting and maintaining an erection easier.

                                I find that moaning and groaning as I am training gets me way more aroused. Hearing the sounds of ecstasy helps, and I could say the same thing to women -- your moans and sighs might also turn you on too. It is truly a "fake it until you make it" kind of trick. Making sexy noises and saying out loud "Fuck that feels good!" is just as hot when you're by yourself as it is when with a partner.

                                Another thing that helps is heat. A rice sock, hot damp cloth, directional heater...whatever you have on hand to apply heat to the penis.

                                Finally, for any guy who wants to stop using fantasies and porn to get aroused, your number one weapon in your arsenal is going to be meditation. I am dead serious. The more you are used to having a clear mind and being 100% present with the sensations in your penis, the more sensitive to pleasure you will be. This is why when fucking your woman, being present will not only make her feel amazing, but it will allow you to adapt to her body language and sexual queues. In fact, distractions like porn or visualizations are just going to take you out of the moment. Being 100% present with your partner, while it might seem that you will lose stamina due to the intense passion, it will train you to take things slowly and savor her rather than rushing through it and having (by comparison) a mediocre experience. And going slow and progressing to more rough sex can actually boost stamina as you remain grounded in your body.
