    I found this picture of Dr. Lynn's description of ballooning http://actionlove.com/image/fig6-17b.jpg. It's a bit confusing but hopefully it will be helpful.

            So reverse kegels are essentially the ValSalva Maneuver? Associating it with something that I'm already familiar with will help me figure out exactly what the crap I'm doing lol... KP you're a genius btw.

                        you're exactly right actually.. why is valsalva more familiar to you? It only is to me cause I'm in the medical profession.
                        anyways, one cool thing about reverse kegeling/valsalva is that most people assume its like pushing against a closed airway. Which is how most of you probably do it now.
                        BUT, if you hold the reverse kegel while opening your airway to breathe in and out, you'll notice it takes ALOT of abdominal strength... (wahoo, PE cross-training)

                          Yeah, got to have strong abs to do balloning anyway. Would not hurt to do those crunches!

                              Thier is a pit at the top of the penis distal the pubic bone. The frenulim is the srrea of the penis that is most seneitive to stimuli. the area just supior to the glans.

                                So what exactly does a reverse kegel do? How does it do anything different than not kegelling at all?
                                Started October 2008: 5.50 NBPEL x 4.25 MSEG

                                July 2009: 6.00 NBPEL x 4.75 MSEG
