  • This Article Says Exercises Wont Help ED - Is It True?

the following article states that p/e exercises wont help trest erectile dysfunction.. is this true?

The article is talking about kegels/pelvic floor strengthening..

In my opinion it really depends on whats causing the ED.. not every man with ED has a weak pelvic floor.. those that do could benefit from these exercises.. ED can also be caused b y hormonal problems, by atherosclerosis, by diabetes .. in those cases kegels probably wont help too much. Some men have pelvic floors that are TOO tense and that can cause ED.. so in that case kegels would be the last thing you'd want to do..

You cant make a blanket statement like that.. each individual is different with different needs.. you have to know your body before you can heal it.

Well why not look for an article that says it does work. They're out there you know. Better still try it out for yourself and see if it does or not.

My mom said this to me once, "Time's gonna pass anyway" which translates into my favorite saying "May as well, right?"

Try it out for yourself and make the judgment call.
