Since a liter of skim milk has 30g of protein and lot of carbs and 0 fat its a great adiction. Im getting weight,muscle,feel better about myself,my flaccid hang is bigger and my erections harder.
    So dont go veguie or you wont be able to produce testoterone.You need lot of milk,eggs,peanut butter,meat,oil...all that is good for us.maybe not for women.But we need animal protein carbs and fat.
    I advise you incorporate 1or 2 liters of skim milk to your diet.You will gain weight,not fat and plenty of calories and nutrients to reboost your system.Since keeping a healthy diet takes time and can get too expensive a basic like that will give you 70% of proteins and carbs you need a day.together witha multivitamina nd your own meals youwill be fine.
    Most bodybuilders drink beetween 0.5 and 1 gallon of milk a day.Eating less is not definately the solution to ED,in fact it can be the cause.
    galllon a day may seem too much,but if you take 500ml morning, 1 liter after working out when youa re thirsty and then 500ml before bed youa re almost there.Skim milk is like water its not whole and wont leave you with a ful stomatch yet it ahs the same amount of nutrients but fat
    Well, I definitely wasn't suggesting adopting a vegetarian diet. I was just saying that I never really ate ANY fruits and vegetables-- or anything but fast food most of the time, for that matter. After eating more healthy in general (i.e. making food at home, drinking a lot less soda) and removing the shitloads of preservatives I was eating every day, I noticed a significant improvement in EQ.

    I do like your idea of the GOMAD diet though and I'm definitely going to try it. It sounds like a great way to put on some healthy weight. Is there any reason why you suggest skim milk over whole milk?

    • do you really think giving up porn can help you get over ED? Ive only just discovered this theory, i mastarbate over porn alot and get very turned on by it but have struggled getting hard with my girlfriend and seem to have become ammune to nude woman etc?

      • Absolutely. A few months ago I didn't feel like porn was a causal factor of my ED, but after abstaining for a while and seeing the improvement, I changed my opinion.

          • ok guys this is really a hard battle. For somebody who loves porn,those websites update every day.You have real amateur vids,with real raw girls and its free.
            So I always end up saying WTF? lets do it I aint killing anybody...The sad part is YEs IM slowly killing my erecion quality.
            So instead of trying to be superman lately iM being more realistic and I masturbate maybe 2 or 3 times a week (I use to do it 1 or 2 times a day)and I try to edge so even tho I masturbate I try to do it in a healthy way and benefit my penis in some way.

            • I just started reading up about porn abstinence and rebooting. I havent had a steady GF for a while so I started using porn about once a week and started having ED issues when I was with a girl.

              From what I'm reading, it is reccomended that to "reboot" one should abstain from all sexual activity, porn, noporn, even real sex.

              I don't quite understand why one should abstain from actual sex. I understand you want to remove the link in your brain between porn and your erections so you stop looking at porn. But if you want to create or replace the link in your brain to connect erections with real girls and real sexual situations, shouldnt you keep trying to have sex. Shouldn't that speed up the process? If I had a gf, wouldn't I want to try every night with her until my brain was wired to be aroused by her more than by porn?

              I don't currently have a gf so I wouldnt be able to test out this theory. maybe strip clubs, lap dances, etc would work, at least they are real girls. although that is a little different than having a gf and I guess could wire the brain to strippers instead of gfs. I dont know

                • I definitely have what they refer to as a "numbed brain." For a while, I watched porn every night before I went to bed...and now that I think about it, I really had no desire to, it was just sort of automatic. I'm so glad I found this topic! I was with a girl recently and I couldn't reach an orgasm, and I think this had a lot to do with it. Not only is it the porn, but the habitual masturbation. I was just masturbating mostly because of boredom I guess. Anyways, today is what i'll count as Day 1, even though i've been weening myself off porn for a while now. NO MORE porn whatsoever for me, and no more masturbating for at least a month.

                  Do you guys think a month would be enough to give me some of my sensitivity back? I only ask because this girl i really like is coming down to visit in like exactly a month shes gonna stay with me.                       Yes, your sensitivity will definitely improve. Give it more than a month though-- it will continue to gradually improve.

                              Yea I didnt fantasize or anything, it took very little grip at all and if I wanted to, I could have ejaculated in like 10-15 seconds. Which, when I think about it, is absolutely crazy considering it used to take me a little while to do it with a tight grip while watching porn. Theres no way at all I could have done it with a loose grip without fantasizing before recovery. Only thing I need for satisfaction is to have sex, then I will consider myself 100% recovered.

                              As far as the benefits go? I guess so. I know without a doubt the EQ and frequency is up. Confidence is also up, but there was a time when I wasnt confident at all but eventually I became comfortable with who I am and my confidence has been steadily growing since. So Im not sure how much that has to do with quitting porn. The other stuff I couldnt really tell you because my recovery process started way back in February, so I cant really remember the initial benefits.

                                I am on the 6th day of a 90 day reboot. Horny as hell!!! I found this site and started PE after surfing the net looking for rebooting experiences.

                                The reason I am rebooting is not for a lack of libido or ED, but rather that over time I have slowly been aroused by increasingly deviant porn. I know it's not healthy for my 'psyche' so decided enough was enough . A positive difference I've noticed so far is that when I see a hot chick rather than thinking 'i'd love to fuck (ram) you', I'm thinking 'i'd love to come together with you and share each other'. So I guess a more healthy thought pattern is emerging. These new thoughts are accompanied by some real passion; my libido is so high!

                                Anyway, after the 90 days when I start masturbating again it will be without any artificial stimulation. I'll surf the net looking for new ideas on masturbation, such as passively observing the bodily processes as they occur in order to know your inner workings better / develop a new relationship with yourself and masturbation.

                                Prior to my abstinence I was masturbating each night before sleep anywhere from 10 minutes to 1.5hr. Usually longer sessions would be surfing through 20-50 different porn clips to find the 'perfect' clip to get off over. I am sure masturbating before sleep in such a way was extremely negative because of the effect it possibly has on your subconscious and thought patterns.... Freud and Jung may have something to say here if they were around.

                                On a side note, if you are rebooting and have not considered PE then I suggest you do, because PE is a healthy substitute for masturbation such as nicotine gum for cigarettes. Since I begun PE a few days ago, I have started developing a new relationship with my dick,a once neglected and taken for granted part of me. I've even trimmed my pubes to a #1 which I never considered before. I like how it looks.
