Hello new member here. I've been abstaining from porn and masturbation for 17 days now. Recently started PE again after 7 years. Also just started having sex again after 3 year drought. My erections are terrible without Cialis, but I hope by next week they will have improved. I definitely need a strict reboot.

I can't believe it took me so many years to realize porn and masturbation together has caused my ED. I'm so glad I stumbled back onto PE forums. I forgot how beneficial kegels and other exercises are for EQ. Plus methodology, technology, and techniques have improved over the last 7 years, and so has the community!

Hey guys, I just recently found out how bad porn is and I am on day 3 of rebooting. I am completely new to this so can anyone tell me how long I should go without masturbating (with sensation and fantasizing)? I am currently 19 years old and been watching porn for 5 years.
