wow lots of great info in here the lack of sensation due to weak/imbalanced pelvic floor is what i think im dealing with. i think im stuck in spasm because my anus muscle seem to be very tight and if i manually insert a finger slightly and pull it to the side to try and stretch it out a bit it automatically right away clamps down even harder, like its spasming shut do to even a very slight stretch and i am unable to make it not spasm, if i try. i think my pelvic floor is very spasm'd tight and this may be why i have lost sensation on penis over time. in the past ive focusod on stretching and relaxing the anus with this same method but concentrating very hard on relaxing it, and stretching it out little by little, then holding that stretch a little bit farther each time i was able to restore some sensation. any thoughts?

I meant manually pulling on the excessively tight anus wall to the side and holding there, and continueing to pull it farther and farther untill there was a noticable "let go" sensation of the entire pelvic floor , and the tension would then very slightly ease up and relax . however, even with that little bit of relaxation the entire pelvic floor feels like it wants to and does spasm close after i achieve that and i ahve to concentrate very hard on keeping that gained relaxation of the tension, through what i think is doing a light reverse kegal pressing on abs and taint area..
if i dont do that concentration of holding the gained relaxation of the tension then it just goes back to its originally fully tensed state, and stays there. sorry if that sounds confusing.

I know it's not for everyone but I implore the op to get a prostate massager (I read his op and saw he briefly stated he did this) and spend 2-3 nights (or more if u wish) 1-2 hour sessions.
While this tennis ball technique is helping u to attain your erection, it's still being too much of a hassle to get one and to KEEP one. You said u can't put on a condom because you will go soft in no time.
The prostrate massage will alleviate this easily.
If you don't wanna go that route, then I can say make sure you are EDGING when you masterbate. From what I read u did years of damage forcing yourself to cum very fast. You need long edging sessions to fix this. Let your dick go soft then work it back up to ponr, let it go soft repeat til u blow.
