      I wouldn't say "fixed" by a long way. It did however give me the confidence to concentrate on giving her a good time, which took my mind off the problem! I want to use less next time so hopefully i cum in good time, rather than last time where we ended up collapsing in exhaustion lol.

      My plan is to ween myself off it little by little. Hopefully my confidence will eliminate my problem

        I would say that's the most important thing it gave you. You were very confident that you could get it up, so it was a non-issue.

          Just an update for you guys. I havent started a PE routine as of yet, but I have made some changes to my lifestyle.

          Firstly, I have completely cut the porn out of my system. I rely'd too heavily on it, and I guess over the years have become desensitised to all things sexual. Secondly, I have cut right down on masterbation. Lastly, I have cut out coffee! I have no idea whether this has any bearing on anything relating to this but i thought I'd give it a try.

          I have to say, I have deffinately noticed a difference in my erections. For the past week I have woken up with an erection more times than not, which is a huge improvement!

          What do you guys think? Would the caffeine reduction effect this? Or do you think cutting the porn out has helped more?

          I guess it could be a collection of all factors but its interesting the effect they have, and i imagine go unnoticed to the general population.


          Hopefully getting some tonight Will drop 25mg of v but i think im getting to the point where i can start trying without soon!

            The only way for sure to tell which one of these things had a greater effect on you would have been to cut one thing out at a time, but seeing that these were turning into bad habits for you, it was a wise decision to cut them all out.
