Well it seems like we need a vast unblogged synopsis...covering things that are overlooked or not talked about enough. This should be the new "go-to" but does not discard individuality. If something like this has already been posted, do inform me Admins.
However I'm going to cover enough ground to make this worthwhile.
1.) STRESS Level - Including Often Overlooked "Kinetic" / Electromagnetic Interferences.
As ridiculous as it seems, your exposure to the TV/Computer, Cellphone vibrations etc could very well be a factor in causing E.D or any other sexual problems...advice is to spend more time in nature and away from excess usage of electronics. In addition, and without even going fully in detail about kinetic / Electromagnetic influence - keeping your eye on screens all day isn't good for your eyes or your general health. Unless you work online, I see no reason staying on the computer 24/7 is making any viable or productive addition to your life. Same goes with social networks; facebook, twitter etc...stay away from excess usage of anything that stresses you out.
GET OUT AND GO FOR A WALK, go for a Bike Ride..go to the Gym, lift weights...do what it takes!
It is Immensely important that you Utilize this concept. Do NOT surround yourself with negative people, be Firm in life about what you want. Learn to be in a meditated state of mind....
Which brings me to my next point.
Meditation - If you do spend time online or downloading music...consider investing/extracting a meditation music or pineal gland "activator"...many will find that this will improve their overall stress level. Perhaps even replace a couple hours of garbage music or senseless noise.
In most cases, cortisol blockers and other similar supplements are NOT needed to get the elevated level down. It's lifestyle changes that matter the most.
2.) DIET - Everyone hears about it. Not everyone understands the correct guidelines. Your macronutrient intake and calculating this and that don't necessarily matter that much in the face of a diet sourced from the right primal foods.
For optimal virility and general health, eating beef and chicken a few times a week is a GOOD thing. IF you are a vegan / vegetarian..I still advise to stay away from Soy...as most Soy is genetically modified and contains both artificial and natural estrogen mimickers.
Your carbohydrates should come PRIMARILY from Fruits, Vegetables and juices etc. Sweet Potatoes aren't bad and contain selenium and other beneficial nutrients. If you follow this guideline, and minimize / eliminate heavy starches and Breads/Pasta's / Donuts etc - I can guarantee you will both lose weight, and feel better overall. Also being overweight and / or Insulin Resistant will put a huge damper on your erectile function.
3.) KNOW YOURSELF, YOUR HISTORY, YOUR PSYCHOLOGY, YOUR "PERSONA"
Many many cases of E.D come from a psychological cause, you may want to consider a therapist. But before all of that - you have to seriously consider if this is actually YOU. How severe the psychological phenomenon is, and more importantly, you, knowing your past...what may have caused / contributed to it.
Everybody has a reason for something...and sometimes those reasons are intentional beestings of our own progression in life. I mean that literally, people progressively ruin themselves by their own mindset.
Learn to be disciplined; observant...know your flaws and improve on them before trying to outweigh everything else with a few positives. In life, act on the situation when necessary. Don't procrastinate. Start yourself onto a life goal, find a passion..an ambition.
Realize you will struggle and fail at times....(Arnold said this; don't be afraid to fail)...
Rather, never give up! Be perseverant.
It may be easier said than done for some...but that's the point - don't be a pansy in life!
If you have hormone issues that are seriously putting a damper on your quality of life and you feel are a serious disposition...again, ACT. Figure it out. Learn and be aware and make a move to correct it!
Which brings me here....
4.) HORMONES - NeuroEndocrine Profiles...
Not to be replaced by the above steps / advice..not to be necessarily obsessed on. But if you really feel there is an issue hormonally, you should get blood work. The standard bloodworks that you should test and DEMAND if necessary.....
-Testosterone Level (Total and Free)
-Estrogen Level (E2)
-Prolactin Level (especially if hypogonadism symptoms)
-SHBG (Sex-Hormone Binding Globulin)
In addition...if you are also overweight or have trouble losing weight.
-TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)
-T4
-T3
Thyroid hormones have a Very strong effect on all Physiological Regulatory mechanisms and contribute to sexual satisfaction. T3 in particular has a particularly important role in both erectile function and libido.
If you find these values to be off...
There are a couple things you can do.
Eat more seafood.
Take Iodine supplements.
Take "Shilajit".
Work out more.
Take "Olive Leaf Extract, with High Oleuropein"
5.) Consider Natural Supplements over Pharmaceutical Drugs
At least to building up a long-term fix. You may find benefit in E.D drugs short-term or "on-demand" but you should really invest in some herbal supplement's and you should refer to the "Five G's" thread we have on here.
So figure out what you can afford and consider all options.
If there is anything I missed or should be added, feel free to let me know.

Also this is not on my blog yet...so pegym is the first to see it.
