Hey guys.......... 1st timer. I'm looking to get very hard erections and shoot great loads. Someone told me all i really need is to supplement Maca and Lecithin together and I'll get those results. Anyone experienced out there that can confirm this? If so............ how many mg's of each but more importantly, is it safe to take the 2 together?????? Thanks!!

And if you haven't already done so, please read the START HERE thread and focus on safety.
When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.
I recommend you first condition your penis by following a beginner's manual routine for at least 90 days or until you stop gaining - whichever comes last. Most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload!
Regarding big loads, you may want to try yogurt, garlic and onions, also cayenne pepper helps with EQ, the following thread may be of interest as well.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Both Maca and Lecithin did nothing for me. However, I've never had any success with supplements since my ED goes beyond something that can be fixed by those supplements.
I wouldn't worry about taking them together. Lecithin is a food source so you can really have as much of it as you want. I was having heaps of lecithin when I took it. It's in loads of food products.Starting stats (1/01/14): NBPEL: 6", MEG: 4.25"
Short-term goal: NBPEL: 6.25", MEG: 4.7"
Long term goal: NBPEL: 6.5", MEG: 5" (and improve EQ and overcome PE)
