  • Losing erection slowly while standing up

    Hello everyone .So a month ago i decided to do jelqing for the first time.I was overexcited so i did many stupid things during the exercises.i followed the guy in the video showing jelqing and he was doing hard and fast strokes.And so i did that day.My glanse got really big and i was doing many and fast strokes without any warm up ( stupid).So that day i did those exercises again late at night.200 hard fast strokes... .i noticed my penis was leaning the other day sometimes it would change direction and would not flip back to the middle like it was doing before .i noticed popping veins and *white* veins under the skin ( not the blue ones ).The thing that i was worried the most was that when i woke up with morning wood ( not so hard as it was ) as soon as i got up my erections was slowly fading and my penis started to fall and look downwards.i stopped PE and i was applying heat to my penis 3 times a day for 3-4 days.I woke up with harder erections but the main issue remained...Losing erection while standing up and i was sure that until i went to pee my erection would not go away.So right now i just want an advice because i cant maintain an erection without stimulation ( not very bad situation but still ).

    it may be worrying the fact that i also started experiencing ED after starting with the PE. Many years later i'm still impotent. And I'm sure about the fact that before doing PE exercises i had perfect and lasting erections. PE caused ED on me and i'm 100% sure about that. Note: I never was able to bring erections back even leaving PE for a long time.

      Sorry to hear about your injury.


      You did overtrain your penis with too many jelqs, and did not follow safety instructions, where it was clearly stated to warm up, and not use a tight grip.

      However, starting to get back morning wood is a good sign that you are getting better, so you just need more time, do not masturbate or PE until your penis is completely healed, do not even try to force an erection to 'test' your penis, just leave him be, he is tired and needs to rest.

        Without following instructions, you are taking a huge risk, many people mistakenly think that if they do more work they will gain in less time, that is not so true in many things in life, and it is even more so with PE.

        PE is like an art, you are dealing with a complicated organ, your focus should be on learning about the exercises, and your body, know your penis, and encourage growth, try to force it and you will get injured.

        I recommend you start your own thread, and detail your symptoms and what you did, so that members here can help you diagnose it, also it is a very good idea to see a doctor, as none of us here can help you like a doctor can.

          Hello there.So how lol have you been PEing because i did for only one day ( two times :P ) and one month passed and things are slighly better i think... ofcourse morning wood is not the same.I hope you and me will find a cure

            I just hope i didnt do any perma damage to my penis.I will drink green tea and apply heat to my penis and i will report back for improvents

                  I noticed something else going on.The base of the penis and a bit in the middle is fatter than the rest of the penis
                  Also veins are poping out like never before

                      Hello again i still have that loss of erection when standing up and i have to stimulate mυ penis to keep it up.It really efects my life and kinda worries me ( iam young ) i dont know.I wont give up trying to heal my self iam already doing some things.Morning wood is not going well sometimes its soft sometimes hard(not as hard as before) sometimes it doesnt exist But the thing that bothers me is that i think i did damage something really badly,I dont know if its perma damage.Ima going to continue doing hot whraps and drink green team every day no masturbation for one month 2/10/14 i will report back again in 2/11/14.Hope i get better iam open to suggestions and sorry about my bad english have a nice day and thank you everyone .

                        Hello!! MrB8, greg and everybody.

                        Listen, I suffered this a long ago. I don't think I did anything wrong: I think this is the normal effect for some penises when you make them heavier, bigger, or however you want to call it. My penis has always been large.... well not that much large, maybe 17cm... but... it was always very skinny (low girth). So, I suppose as I started PE, I made it heavier. I FELT how it was not going to get an erection because of this. And still i continued with PE, because I wanted a bigger penis. And I didn't make a fair bigger penis. It's almost the same than a long ago. This may seem stupid... I am a stupid person... and I accept that. I suppose many of you guys, well, many of your penises, could deal with that girth/weight/length increase because of having an innate strong penile structure. I think about this like a building. If you have a bad structure... it's gonna be blown easily if you put pressure or weights in some part of it. So, this is my experience.

                        Currently I can't think of sex without viagra... i would need a lot of stimulation, not using condoms and confidence with a person which i don't have (the person) since i don't have a GF (I've always preferred being free, as long as i don't find a beautiful/hot/intelligent woman interested in me - which is not gonna happen as long as i'm not self-confident etc etc, this is a really bad psychological vicious circle -).

                        And yet worse, I don't take cialis or viagra everyday because i don't like to have erections all the time.... so i can't have spontaneous sex... plus i don't live alone... i live with my parents in my 32's yo... so i'm into a damn bad-life vicious circle

                          That is the thing actually, you should start with less, and build up to more work IF your PIs are positive AND there is a real need for an increase in intensity, overtraining only leads to injuries or at the very least stalled growth.

                          Also, there is a mental aspect to it all, my advise to you is to give your penis a long rest, where you do not even try to get an erection, if it comes on its own then leave it be. Only warm it up to maintain circulation.

                          And try to take your mind off of it, and wait till your penis heals.

                          You can practice kegels (regular and reverse) to improve blood flow to your penis.

                          And try to see a doctor if you can, a professional's diagnosis is a good idea.

                              So i might help you with your problem if you follow my steps you might get some of your erections back

                              1) Do not watch porn

                              2) Eat healthy

                              3) Do hot whraps or use a rice sock for you penis and light massage

                              4) Drink green tea.(other herbs might help you

                              5) exercise daily

                              6) leave your penis alone for many months

                              7) Do kegels
