Hello everyone
.So a month ago i decided to do jelqing for the first time.I was overexcited so i did many stupid things during the exercises.i followed the guy in the video showing jelqing and he was doing hard and fast strokes.And so i did that day.My glanse got really big and i was doing many and fast strokes without any warm up ( stupid).So that day i did those exercises again late at night.200 hard fast strokes...
.i noticed my penis was leaning the other day sometimes it would change direction and would not flip back to the middle like it was doing before .i noticed popping veins and *white* veins under the skin ( not the blue ones ).The thing that i was worried the most was that when i woke up with morning wood ( not so hard as it was ) as soon as i got up my erections was slowly fading and my penis started to fall and look downwards.i stopped PE and i was applying heat to my penis 3 times a day for 3-4 days.I woke up with harder erections but the main issue remained...Losing erection while standing up and i was sure that until i went to pee my erection would not go away.So right now i just want an advice because i cant maintain an erection without stimulation ( not very bad situation but still ).
