If you're used to having sex or whacking it while sitting or lying then that can be a reason. Sometimes if I stand up after being straddled for a while I will start to go soft but I just continue until im fully hard again.

Its different. I lose my erection while standing even with morning wood and that didnt happen before the injury. My penis looks different and when its semi erect the mid shaft is way bigger than under the glanse. I also have hard flaccid and when I masturbate it goes long and very soft flaccid. Hard flaccid is more likely connected to the pf (and therefore lower back, legs , abs etc..).

Just an update to this thread. Iam cured of the damage caused by jelqing. I have some scars and deformation but i can fix it. The Only problem now is my pelvic floor and porn addiction whitch iam trying ( and will ) detox. This thread is very old and its been so long since i got the injury and joined this great forum. Erections still fade slowly when standing but thats not damage from jelqing. Its my pelvis and overthinking. I know i can have a great sexlife, I can have erections easily while standing. Its just that sometimes the pain in my pelvis gets bad when encountering sexually. Thats it. Thanks for listening all this years.
