Yea cialis works extremely well but I do not want to take medication for this my entire life or even for an extended period of time. My intent is to cure/heal myself or provide myself with a therapeutic enough lifestyle to where it is no longer a prominent issue which is what brought me here but I am unsure if that is actually possible because i haven't really seen any legitimate success stories.

I've had this problem since January 2014. It literally came out of nowhere; I was fine before it. No it has not improved. The only thing that "fixes" it is Cialis but I don't want to take that forever like you said.
There's one thing that I noticed, though: I can easily keep the wood if I'm lying or sitting down. If I stand up, I lose it within 5 seconds.
Very depressed but I'm seeing my doc in 3 weeks. Let's see what he says.

Jackson: yes I have seen extremely good results so far today a girl sent me a photo of her yawning donkey on Facebook and it got me so hard that even though in closed it as soon as I got .... I stayed hard for ages after because it was sure not to subconsciously contract my pelvic floor, tried not to assess it and didn't think about anything so was completely relaxed. I would say 100percent eq. First time in 7 years I think (other than ed pills) my methods so far have been trying not to obsess over it, stretches (ask for specific ones if you don't know them yet I know a fair few great ones now) reverse kegals and trying to hold a extremely light reverse kegal as much of the day as possible whilst doing slow deep breathing. It's hard to do all this without forgetting or without thinking about it too much but you get used to it. Edging (masturbating to the pointless your about to blast but without Cumming) is a no go. And tre exercises (google for.info and buy the DVD video so worth it and for the cost it's very good value as without sounding like too much of a hippie this stuff is revolutionary. Basically everything voodoochild has recommended in his posts here and his website.

haha got o see the silver lining in these grey clouds haven't we haha. Doctor said it was physcological so decided to do this with the help of the guys on these forums as tests showed nothing physical.
I found my hard flaccid is getting better slowly since I stopped smoking weed every day ( love the stuff but makes you live in your head a lot more and obsess over thoughts more so if your happy in yourself this effect it has is awesome but if your mindset is negative I think weed isn't good for us is this mess.) And also since I started going out in the day more rather than looking up symptoms online and trying to match my situation with others trying to find miracle cures. Now I train boxing, wrestling, may thai, bjj grappling five days a week and surf and skate a lot more again as nothing adrenaline sports don't leave you enough mind space to think about anything but the present haha and guitar alot...keep the mind busy. I am not trying to preach here or anything everyone has their own views but this is the approach that seems to be working most for me personally.Long and thin slides right in, short and fat pounds that tw@t

I am curious now though as hard flaccid is now been shown to be down to mindset, freeze response and tension in the pelvic muscles....does that mean doing pe exercises to increase eq, penis health and size isn't going to make it worse if you keep the muscles relaxed during.... I am mainly interested in the eq more than anything tbhLong and thin slides right in, short and fat pounds that tw@t

awesome reply aces thanks for that. i have been doing the same thing pretty much for the past couple of days and woke up with about 85% wood this morning. even though it didnt stay long it was really encouraging. My focus is to keep calm and relaxed throughout my body the entire day specifically my pelvic area and to remain conscious of that and my deep breathing all day. Especially the reverse kegels, i feel like that is what will/is helping the most. Ive also been doing a lot of stretching throughout the day, and the past couple nights have given my self some massages basically over my whole abdomen and pelvic area. I feel very optimistic right now for some reason.
Edit: also 5 minutes of power posing in the morning and before bed at least. They may not help the ed and they feel kind of silly haha but you do feel better from them for sure.Last edited by Jackson156; 05-27-2015, 05:13 PM.

honestly man im not sure, everything im doing is to relax the shit out of my pelvic muscles because they hurt and i can feel the tension there. Every it contracts it feels like it worsens the issue. I have been mentally relating it to a pulled or severely cramped muscle. Extremely happy for your progress. So far as posts on here say progress is so up and down, not linear at all but still is on the progress path just maybe two steps forward and one step back kinda thing. Yeah mate sounds about right about the hard flaccid issues, not gonna pe for a long time the was just curious on the science behin it haha. Used to be insecure about side until I realised I wasn't tiny at all it was just the porn getting to my head haha. Need to get this hard flaccid shot! I will try find the video later (on phone atm) but this physiotherapist was saying about tense pelvic floors. Long story short is that we need to avoid all strengthening exercises as we got this from getting too strong down there (bad walking habits haha I used to tense and flex this all the time to fun faster). Think about a bicep, you bend it it gets harder and stronger the more you bend it and then it gets past a certain point and starts getting weaker as it shortens. Apparently same with our pelvic floor it's now past the point of strength, it's too short so we need to strength it. A great place to start is getting stronger glutes as his pulls the pelvic floor backwards and lengthens it. We could have pelvic floors stronger than arnold swartzneggers bicep and have no issues if our pc muscle was long enough..Apparently. we aren't looking for a relaxed muscle but a long stretchy strong one. What I am trying now is getting a strong set of glutes and stretching as many muscles down there as I can. The lady in the video said you have to relax the area before strengthening but doing deep squats relaxes, stretches and strengthens at the same time which is perfect. If you don't know them already look into pelvic bridges and the exercise where you lay on your side and elevate one leg towards the roof keeping a strait leg. Do it till you feel a nice burn then turn over for the other leg. Few sets of these are great for glutes.
Haha I know what you mean about long poses you feel like a chump doing them but this will turn us from chump into champ
haha deep squat pose for a few minutes morning and evening, and hamstrings (mine are exceptionally tight and short, always wondering d why but now I know ha) are great I find too!

yea makes sense mine already seems to feel more relaxed and i know ill have setbacks thats just bound to happen.
Ive been doing the deep squats kind of just throughout the day. If you find that video i wouldnt mind a link, sounds like some good info. Ive done the bridges and stuff a lot before actually just not for this purpose haha but ill start doing some of those again.
