    People can speculate as to the causes all they want, at your age, they will tell you.. like me, that it's psychological and that your problems are probably linked to your girlfriend.

    For me, I experienced trauma (psychological as a child) and had a "bad" sexual experience as a 15-year old. I am 31-years old now, in very good health, so I think, based on blood tests and extremely physical active. I tried most ED drugs, I found Cialis to be the least effective, with Levitra & Staxyn to be the most effective. Even generic Mexican viagra worked well, but Cialis is the least potent though their once a day seemed to restore normalcy.

    I have an appointment for an ultra sound, after 15-years in a couple weeks. You don't want to be that guy I was, waiting 15-years being forcing a doctor to refer you to a specialist. You know your body and if everyone tells you that you are ok but you aren't, the problem could only be one of two things: 1) Psychological, 2) Physiological, so get an ultra sound like me...

    Life struggle with extreme erectile dysfunction since I was 15. Diagnosed with venous leak. When I turned 30-years old, I found out I had hypogonadism (low testosterone) and sub-clinical hypothyroidism. TRT can be a cure for venous leak if you are hypogonadal.

      But in all honestly, what do you expect the docs can do about it? The fact is that there's pills, which you got, and that's pretty much it for ED. You can opt for a very expensive surgery with risks and low success rate, in fact so low that most docs wont recommend even to try.

        Itactuallyworks! These are all good suggestions and I've tried some of them and will try some of the stuff you suggested.

        I came back to report on progress. For the past two weeks I have learned a lot about the primary physical causes of my ED which have so far been affected by my "therapies" for lack of a better word.

        My primary symptom, other than the ED of course, was tightness in my abdomen and pelvic region. I knew this to be the primary cause after much thought and feeling of my body regardless of what was causing it. The discomfort was so high at times I considered myself to possibly have a tumor! However, I also read a lot about pelvic tightness and the things that it can cause. I also begin to feel around my pelvic area and right around the parts of the bone that I could touch as deep as I could feel from my hips to the center of my pelvic area was extreme tightness and soreness. I recalled back to when this all started and this soreness was one of the first symptoms although I considered it soreness due to sports at the time.

        I began looking at how to stretch and relax my pelvic area and basically relieve tension. This tension went all the way up my abdomen and caused extreme discomfort. I realized that it wasn't a tumor or a mass in my abdomen and pelvic area, and also that it was not an enlarged prostate (this is something I largely considers as well) but that it was muscle knots and cramps basically all over my abdomen and pelvic area. Once I started to become aware of this I also became aware of all of the muscle spasms that I was having unconsciously and the ways in which I unconsciously have in to them.

        What I did/am still doing:

        Calm, tension-free diaphragm breathing. This is the core of the healing process for me so far. Every moment that you are not breathing deep and tension free you are hindering your body's natural healing processes.
        I also stretch my hips and pelvic area multiple times through your the day but particularly in the morning when I wake up and at night before bed. It is imperative that meditative breathing be just as important as the stretches. (Look up pelvic relaxation yoga poses/stretches). It is important to concentrate on the pelvic/sore areas during these stretches. Visualize.
        The breathing is all about relaxation and it has to be a constant effort throughout the day.

        My improvements:

        I've gone from basically not being able to get hard at all during masturbation to over80-85% erection quality during masturbation. They don't last as long as id like them to without stim but this is a massive improvement and I think that will improve too. Morning wood is still inconsistent but I get then every other morning or so at about 70% whereas not at all before.

        I feel it is also important to note my masturbatory changes.
        EXTREMELY light grip. I would even call it a grip. This allows free blood flow and seems to be a more effective flex for pelvic muscles when they contract.

        Other notes: I am still skeptical often about whether or not my methods will be fully successful but the improvement cannot be denied. Today I woke up with extreme discomfort and pain in my abdomen to the point where it was almost nauseating but I remember last night during y relaxation before bed I had a large muscle spasm that had released a large knot in my abdomen so I attribute the soreness to the, and therefore is a positive sign in my mind.

        It's also important to physically feel and massage where you are sore, be conscious of your body and not afraid of it. Don't have expectations for big huge niners because they probably won't happen if you do.

        I'm not cured by any means and I'm still struggling and not confident with my EQ

        I also still have my doctors appt tomorrow where I will talk to my dr about this stuff and see if I'm crazy.

        I'm not sure if I left anything out but if one of your primary symptoms is pelvic tightness and discomfort please start the deep breathing and stretching.

          One thing I forgot. There is a reason this tension develops. Tension is mental. Stress is mental. It gets stored physically. This is the psychological/physical relationship. Both must be treated simultaneously. This is one of the primary importances of the deep breathing.

            Hey Jackson awesome news man your progress gave me a smile haha I am currently experimenting with a seven day water fast (five day minimum will see how it goes) I will post my updates after the fast on here and on the official hard flaccid recovery forum. Some people claimed it helped loads, others had nothing. This week am just going to stretch, try and breath properly and drink water lol sounds fun huh on day two now

                Sorry to hear about your problem bud, and sorry that I did not take the time to read all the other helpful responses, so excuse me if I'm repeating a few things. Yes, excessive masturbation to porn can be harmful to your erection during sex, but you have an option. I've read a few times that masturbating to the point just before ejaculation can be beneficial. The trick is to do it without porn. Don't forget a lot of your erection is in your brain.

                However, it's impossible for anyone to make a diagnosis about your individual case. There are several other factors like diet, exercise, and sleep!

                I can tell you that I had erectile dysfunction that started around 45 yr old and spent countless hours reading about trial studies that addressed erectile dysfunction. I eventually found a solution and within a few weeks I was noticing improvements. I've not had any ED problems for almost 5 years now.                   No improvement yet mate feel less than nose in pelvic floor but hard flaccid still hear. Just trying to ignore it and keep pc relaxed which I am hoping in time will improve other problem...

                    Update water fast did nothing long term! may work for others but not me..I have taken alot of time before posting this as wanted to get knowledgable and really try loads of options here! So i dont want to count my chickens before they hatch or anything but the last few days my penis has been hanging softer and fuller than it has for years, also pre hard flaccid (i think i have had a mild hard flaccid for years without knowing)
                    Previously i have tried:
                    water fasting, yoga stretching, therawand (not for long enough to make a judgement but it definately helps to relax things), copius amounts of Mary Jane (that would be the ideal physiotherapy right!??!?!?! and deep breathing.
                    All of these had their uses but nothing actually stayed loose afterwards for more than 10 seconds!!
                    I think what has helped is very light manuel stretche. I have been doing 30 seconds per stretch up down left right and forward. each time i pee i will do one in a random direction. This seems to really have made my penis near my erect length whilst flaccid and super soft so its not a semi! Dont wanna jump the gun, but excited!
                    I have order a phalloson forte as my theory is light pulling on the penis/ligaments semms to help me keep it relaxed. Dont treat it as PE although gains still may come. Treat it as a light stretch mainly focusing on having a completely relaxed pelvic floor. If there is any tension you will feel resistance in the stretch...Take your time and only start pulling more as it relaxes!
                    Let me know guys how it goes if you choose to try.. I will make a log on my experience with the phalloson forte regarding hard flaccid! Keep on trucking and dont let this drag you down! i did in the first six months and it was a dark place, dont let it steal your life! Sorry for long post
