I currently have a feeling my pelvic floor might be imbalanced. I keep getting this strange twinge in my perineum that comes and goes everyday and first appeared after months of doing only kegel exercises (no reverse kegels). But this made me wonder: how do you actually tell if you have a pelvic floor imbalance? And how do you judge how imbalanced it is?

If you just do the RKs and stretching excersizes that balance the pelvic floor then you will be fine. Stop the involuntary kegels.ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

Deep flat-footed unweighted squats, yoga poses (Dog/Cat), abdominal stretches, @ thr people GYM will help you sense RK's and balance your PF.

Just a quick question here, when you do deep flat-footed squats, do you repeatedly move up and down or do you just hold the squat for 5 minutes or so? What's your exact method for doing them?Originally posted by jockinthebox View PostDeep flat-footed unweighted squats, yoga poses (Dog/Cat), abdominal stretches, @ thr people GYM will help you sense RK's and balance your PF.
