    So I tried PE, felt changes but stopped due laziness all within 2 weeks. I'm having problems maintain dedication to PE even though I know it works. I'm anywhere between 6"-6.5" and like 5" girth...so I have a good sized one but I want to be a great size and not just "a little bigger than average".

    Here's my issue. My erections can be painful sometimes. I believe I have very tight ligaments and my erections stick straight up caroling my stomach on top of having about a 25 degree curve upwards. This has caused some problems with sex. For example, my girlfriend is very good in bed and likes to be on top and she hurts me sometimes with her movements because it feels like my dick is about to snap if she moves back to much (or forward if reverse cowboy). Also, missionary is very difficult because I can't bend my penis that far without pain. Masturbaiting because painful if I do it for more than 3 days in a row; it feels like a pulled muscle.

    When I try to measure, I can never get an accurate measurement because between holding the rule, trying to bend my penis straight and trying to straighten the curve, it's virtually impossible to measure my size.

    There has to be some type of excerIse to help me. Next step is talking to a doctor but I would appreciate all serious help here please. It's very annoying at time.

    If you have tight ligaments, start doing:

    Downward stretches

    Behind the cheeks stretches

    Hanging

    This will cause your erection angle to come down to 90 degrees. A lot of members have achieved this.

    As far as being lazy...........How bad do you want it?

        You joined here in early 2014, have 2 posts including this one, admit you have a genuine lack of motivation, and don't understand any of the GYM's terminology (because you've given no effort to learn). Is that a fair assessment of your effort so far?

        Try START HERE, beginner threads, top left grey bar before posting, so you can at least learn a little about PE & GYM terminology FIRST. You can also use the search widow (left top) to find answers to many of your questions re: exercises & names for them.

          If you care enough to not be judgemental, I looked up what downward stretches are and behind the cheek stretches are because I have no clue what the hell they were when he said them. So no, I wouldn't say I have no motivation. I just had no guidance and the uttermost feeing that I was going it all wrong when I originally started. I was spending an hour and half working on PE and in my room and the process because tedious and after a while when I got lazy, then restarted the program, I did not feel the EQ changes I did originally, it took even longer to get through the workout, I kept becoming totally flaccid, and I became depressed over the fact I was doing it wrong.

          My big problem with PE is me becoming flaccid 1/4 into my jelqs
