  • Prostate cancer its a killer

Hi Guys and girls if you have a husband you should read this so your know what it is just in case hubby or the one you love starts saying things, so guys and girls do take a copy.

WHY yes thought you would ask why, Prostate Cancer its the second biggest cancer among men in the USA after skin cancer, so as men and wives girl friends we do need to know what to look for and what prevents it or can help.

OK being form the UK I thought I would put this very good link from the UK's NHS, what is the NHS its the UK's nationwide medical service is revered around the world as a good modal to follow.

    Prostate cancer - NHS Choices

So not to be bias heres one form the Mayo Clinic

Prostate cancer - Overview - Mayo Clinic

Classic signs are constant need to urinate, its nothing for guys to get up 4 to 5 times during the night, feeling your bladder is not emptying, getting troubles getting an erection and if you do getting trouble to ejaculate, but before it gets that bad see your doctor, dont just sit there thinking it will just go away, it wont it will just get worst, get to your doctor and ask for a DRE a digital rectum examination, this way is the best, if you read up about PSA these can let a few bypass them, something you dont want to happen.

Remember it does not have to be cancer as it could be a benign enlarged prostate, if it is then think TUNA, no not the fish, see the link

Transurethral needle ablation (TUNA) - Overview - Mayo Clinic

On another site I know a guy who had it done, and he was over the moon with it and so was his wife.

So have a good read Guys and Girls, please do read through if your not sure do it all again as its best to know than be blind to it.

HI OK in this forum your see NOWHARDS MIX, if you read up about the main parts by googling them, you see how all of it is good for your prostate and help fight cancer and that includes the tomato paste as its the lycopene thats in them and if you eat cherry tomatos its even better as these are very high in lycopene, for me this time of the year I eat pounds of them have them most days for lunch along with red peppers.

When your eating think red, red wine, beetroots, tomatos, red grapes, red peppers, cayenne pepper, chilli pepper.
You can fight it if you really want to, its all down to our way of life and what we eat and drink.

Other things that are so good foer you and your prostate.

Berries. Berries like strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries are high in vitamin C and antioxidants.

Fatty Fish, I hope by now you all love fish and know oily fish is so good for you.

There are plenty of reasons to include omega-3 fatty acids in your diet and dont forget olive oil.

Nuts very good for keeping you cholesteral down.

Beans also very good for your heart.

Green Tea, no more than 4 to 5 cups per day.

      Watermelon.

Things to keep off wouild be sodas just far to much corn syrupe and that all sodas and even energy drinks, keep well away from all fast and junk foods as these are all very high in salt and sugar.

If you want to keep your prostate healthy this is what you really do need to do.

When my ED first started to raise its ugly head, I decided to try testosterone replacement treatment (TRT) because my T level slipped below 300.

After 6 months (androgel) my T level increased to over 800 and my libido soared; however, it did little to help with my limp dick. High libedo combined with a limp dick makes for a frustrated individual.

As a diabetic, I have blood tests performed quarterly. After six months on TRT, my blood test showed a significant increase in my PSA. Accordingly, my endocrinologist recommended I phase out of TRT. As a result, my PSA returned to its former safe level.

Just a caution for those wanting to undergo TRT. Do under the supervision of a knowledge Doctor willing to perform blood tests.

I have read that in countries in South Asia and Japan where they shit in a squat position and do regular prostate massages, the levels of prostate cancer are much lower.

I'm getting an ultrasound of my prostate today, I've been on finasteride for a number of years and want to discontinue it's use. The primary reason for the ultrasound is I'm interested in the "Rezum" procedure which is similar to "TUNA" except a drop of water is heated to destroy the benign tissues instead of heating the tissues directly. The advantage of TUNA and Rezum is that here is a very low rate of sexual dysfunction following the procedure versus a procedure like "TERP" where sexual function is almost always lost.
Regarding the finasteride, I've had very little noticeable side effects from it's use so I guess I can count myself lucky as there are some men who have had terrible side effects due to the drug. Anyone facing "BPH" should look into the Rezum procedure also as this may replace TUNA.

A easy and informative video on the subject can be found:
