From anecdotal feedback, the granules seem to give better results than the capsules. It's usually more economical, too.

Was this the sunflower or soy, also how much to take in 24hrs for best results?

Either should work well, though I've yet to hear about any negatives from taking soy lecithin.

1 rounded tbsp per day of granules should work well.
