Weight training + PE = compounding effect?

  • Weight training + PE = compounding effect?

    For those who have had the experience of combining a weight training routine alongside a PE routine, which of the following did you find maximized outcomes for both routines?

    a) weight-training followed soon after by a PE session
    b) weight-training followed several hours later by a PE session
    c) PE session followed later on the same day by a weight-training routine
    d) Separating weight-training & PE routines on different days

    In my particular circumstances, I may have to be limited to option (a), so wondering if the 1-hour break post-workout might weaken blood flow for PE...

    Any advice or feedback encouraged!

    I PE in the morning and weight train at night. Take advantage of the surge in testosterone for stronger erections for pumping after waking up, and heavier weights at night when I'm looser and more flexible.

        Interesting... I'll see if I can try that arrangement.

        Otherwise, would a 1-hour break post-workout be detrimental to a PE routine, in your opinion? If we are to go with the increased testosterone idea, then the PE routine should in principle benefit from that... I guess the only way to find out is to model oneself as a scientist, test it out in the real world and collect the results!

          There should be some benefit from the hormone release of performing intensive exercise. It may be in your best interests to perform your male enhancement training before or well after any intensive physical exercise.

            I feel the best doing pe after gym/lifting. Seeing hot girls at the gym enhances the effect.

              I like to do my PE session first put on an ADS then do weight training. For some all day long gorgeous flaccid hang.

                  I am curious of this as well. When I try to get on some sort workout / eating program, I Intermittent Fast......12pm-8pm eating time with working out first thing in the morning. Usually doing p90x or insanity. This always netted me the fastest results when wanting to get in shape.

                  I always preferred PE after workouts as I turtle really bad when I workout and that helps pull him out of his shell. I am afraid if I PE before a workout I'll just turtle all the gains away. . But I don't know what's best.

                  I am also facing another issue and why I may seek actual coaching this go around. I want to start taking cold showers every day. I started today and the effects were awesome from a mental health and stress perspective. I have been having a really hard time with life lately, as we all do from time to time; but, as I wright this message I had one of the best days in a really long time.....the only difference in my daily activities was a cold shower when I finally got up.
