If you guys really want a physically demanding workout, you should look into MMA classes. I had my first session last friday and I've never been that sore in my life. That says alot since I've played baseball at the varsity level and am in army rotc. If you can't find a class, then I suggest Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. These are self defense arts that really emphasize ground combat and will make you use muscles in ways you've never had to use them before. And those new movements are what triggers new growth in your muscles as well as burning off your fat.

    I hope this helps

Depends. What is you waist measurement? Based on your height and some basic generalizations, you could probably get down to a 32-33 inch waist and lose most of your fat pad and belly. Just take your current waist measurement with a tape measure and subtract 32 then multiply this by 5. For example, if your current waist is 35 inches, you would need to lose approximately 15 pounds ((35-32)x5=15).

Most men add about an inch of waist for every 4-6 pounds of fat gain. This is a generalization...it just depends on where you tend to store most of your fat. Just understand that when you lose fat, it comes off everywhere. There is no such thing as target fat burning...
I just want to verify these measurements. I am a 38 waist right now and about 185 pounds. When I was 155 pounds and in shape, I was a 32 waist. Do the math. To get from a 38 to a 32 would be 30 pounds. (38- 32) * 5= 30. Simple but easy math

            Is this formula correct???
            Cos I am 117cm = 46 inches waist.
            Height 180cm = 5.905 feet, weight 95 Kg = 210 pounds. OK I am a hippo I know it!!
            Thus I should be (46-32)*5 = 70 pounds or 32 Kg thinner. Which means 95 - 32 = 63Kg = 139 pounds!!!
This impossible I will be a horrible skeleton...
A ~6 feet height man cannot be 139 pounds. A 5.5 feet yeah could be 139....

I am Captain Dallas, and I too am a fat fat pad sufferer.

Mine is over 1", sometimes as much as 1.25" also. It's a bit of a bummer-to have a whole inch, invisible to the eye hiding in there... but on the bright side, it's a nice surprise when she FEELS it.

However, I wanted to make a point: Currently I weigh about 180lbs (I'm 5'11"). However.... just 7 years ago, I weighed about 140 lbs (same height). And I've done a lot of sex (as my wife would put it) at both weights. One concern, or trade off rather...that is: If you get TOO skinny, you can't grind up to the pelvic bone anyway. Your hip bones will really hurt the girl-take it from me. So don't get too skinny guys, you'd rather have a good fat pad, AND enough fat in front of those hip bones that sex is comfortable for the girl. The last thing you want in sex is speed bumps. I'm much happier with a fat fat pad than I was being a real skinny guy who busted up (at least some) women during sex.

John Holmes (a porn actor over 10 inches - died in 1988 from AIDS) was too skinny.
                From Wikipedia: Height 6 ft 2 in (1.88 m) Weight 145 lb (66 kg)

I agree with it. By the way I think you are not a fat guy (180 pounds ~6 feet).
I am like this guy LOL....

I don't know guys. I'm a pretty skinny guy and I've never even thought about my hip bones hurting a girl. The reason I have never thought about it, is because I've never felt my hips sticking into a girl and I've never been told by a girl that my hips are sticking into her.
I believe there is no benefit in having a large fat pad.

I've had complaints about my hips hurting/digging into a girl, I'm a skinny guy.. only weight I do carry is on my stomach and that's hardly anything. I'd rather have some fat than be skinny!

Haha, maybe a little confusing Yiagos I'll explain more. I am a person who finds it hard to put on weight. I am lets say skinny/muscular. I returned to the gym after a year or so hiatus and went on a bulking phase. I went from 65kg to 75kg(some of it fat, some muscle memory) and looked healthier I believe. I noticed my fat pad increased though. I've lost 3-4kgs recently. I'm skinnier but my fat pad has decreased a little too(My six pack is becoming more visible also). Oh, I'm 5'9". My BPEL is 6.6" and my NBPEL is 6".
Maybe my hips are not boney or maybe my lower abdomen sticks out, I don't know, but I believe I never hurt a girl with my hips. I'm sure my ex-girlfriends would have told me if I had.

Now you are clear. Because you are almost tall like myself 72 - 75 Kg don't make you hippo
OK the 0.6 inches difference for BPEL and nBPEL is not bad!!!
I am curious if I could be 80 Kg to check BPEL and nBPEL....

Yiagos, if you lost 15kg and got your weight down to 80kg, I believe you would gain a visible inch in dick size. Would that be worth it? Hell yeah!!! Would that keep you motivated to eat healthy and exercise? Hell yeah!!! This inch wouldn't even count in your PE gains. This is an inch that you already have but are hiding. Not only will your penis be bigger but the health benefits to losing 15kg will be immense as well. I say go for it, man.

I am trying to slim dude. From 95 Kg I became 91 (200 libres) now. But this requires time and patience.
In addition I don't hurry to slim very soon cos it is not good for many reasons.
