I am going on a diet, and I am going to start exercising for health - so more cardio & higher reps.
My main problem is sugar, I am addicted to it. I think I will try to eat perfectly 5 days per week & then relax at the weekends.
If I try to be perfect all the time I will eventually cave in spectacularly. I think I need to drop about 14lbs.Vulcan

Same here. My belly is deflating, my love handles are disappearing, but I still have 15 pounds to go--ideally 25. I hate this fuckin' gut I've put on. Man, would I love to weigh 180 pounds again. My goal is to hit the pool if not every day, at least 3 times a week. If I fall down, that's o.k. I'll just pick myself up and get back at it. No more of this black and white shit.

Yes, that will help. When the body is building muscle it is burning calories. What I mean by that is that when you are resting, even sleeping, your body is recovering from your workout by building muscle which it needs calories to do. Your metabolism also increases when you work out regularly, another bonus. So, it is not just the activity of working out that burns fat. There are bonuses.Originally posted by amiok View PostWas reading up stuff. Seems like I need to regain lean muscle mass in order to lose this excess fat.

Thanks guys for directing me to this thread. I sport a (approx)7.4 bpel, but it's obscured by my 1 inch+ fat pad. I hope to gain at least an inch from PE, but I'd hate to be walking around with an 8-8.5 incher but only have about 6.5-7.0 in viewable/usable length. That's like having a Masters Degree to be a barrista at Starbucks, or like Skeptic said a fancy sports car but can only drive 60 mph. I'm going to try to absorb the contents of this thread and get on my grind.

Also understand that the viewable portion is less than your usable penis. If you push against the fat pad it will move out of the way. So usable length is the bone pressed length. Getting your grind on is a great idea. EnjoyALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!
