I have about 60 lbs. of extra stuff on me I hate. Been wanting to ask folks here about weight loss advice, but I have been too nervous too.

I am also planning to get into decent shape for the summer and maybe in 2-3 months from now, I will post a picture of my abs. Things are going well at the moment, lost a couple of kilos already. I think I have to lose another 4-5 kilos to be in good shape and 6-7 kilos to be ripped!
