For those that have started waking up with a sore back, but can't remember hurting themselves, or don't feel any soreness/aches throughout the rest of the day... it's your mattress.
A co-worker was complaining of a sore back when he wakes up. It was getting to the point where he couldn't sleep more than 6 hours then he had to get up, due to soreness. I asked how his back felt throughout the day and he answered "great, no problems". It was like a light going on in his head lol. He said something like "oh for **** sakes, it's my mattress, isn't it?" I nodded.
He's since bought a new one and has experienced no problems since. Funny how the answer is sometimes right there, but we don't see it until someone points us in the right direction. hehehe.
If anyone here has as similar problem, it could be your mattress. Specially if it's a cheap one, or just an old one.Starting stats

Ideally I like to use a Roman Chair to do back extensions, at the moment I am doing them reverse (raising legs up/ upper body static).
If not done regularly I get back pain & sciatica. Having strong back muscles aids overall strength, should never be left out.Vulcan
