  • Recipe for a Plump Dick

My dick is plump throughout the day, these days. I attribute this to several things, including my mental outlook, the warming weather, my body's natural seasonal rhythms, my renewed p.e. maintenance routine, and my diet, of course.

I have always maintained a healthy diet. The only problem with my diet is its volume--I have been a heavy hitter in this regard. But since I am older now, (72), high volume is not necessarily a bad thing since we "elders" do not absorb as efficiently the essential vitamins and minerals of our foods as we did when we were younger.

Here is my take on a healthy diet. Try to eat mainly vegetables and fruits, avoid red meat at all costs, and when possible eat organic--and go for variety in your food choices. Don't forget about fish, but limit your intake as well, due to environmental toxics in the food chain. Why avoid red meat at all costs? We have much longer intestines than our meat hungry fellow mammals, and red meat putrifies in our digestive tract before we can get rid of it. Notice how much longer it takes you to digest a meat meal than it does, for example, a vegetable meal.

I am not a vegan in that I do eat plenty of dairy products, but even there I buy mainly organic whenever possible.

With dairy products, I eat low-fat or non-fat milk, yogurt, and the so-called pro-biotics, such as lowfat yogurt, in the liquid form, and "kafir," a form of reduced fat, organic milk. Kafir tasts much like buttermilk, and all of these dairy products help me to absorb the many vitamins, minerals, and meds I take on a daily basis. They also keep my digestion in order, with little bloating--a big problem for me.

Regarding fruits and vegetables, I have learned that the deeper their color the better they are for you. The problem is most of these deeper colored veggies and fruits are on the "dirty dozen" list of crops that have been produced with a high number of toxic pesticides--another reason to buy strictly organic.

Here is the list of the ones that agree with me the best: blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries--strawberries are last here because they are loaded with toxic pesticides even though they are extremely good for you. Other dirty dozen that are excellent sources of anti-oxidants, etc. are romaine lettuce, green peppers, celery (great for a low calory diet and fiber), broccoli, and a few others. If I cannot find these in the organic section of the food market, I do without them. By the way, spinach is not on the dirty dozen list and I eat loads of spinach. (I combine it with broccoli and I love that combo).

Two wonderful deep colored foods, which I eat endlessly are tomatoes and watermelon. Those deep red colors, as with strawberries, mean a lot. They actually make me horny. It can't all be in my mind--just can't. And they say that these two fruits are especially important in a man's diet.

I try to eat only what is in season--if it is not in season, then I avoid it: two reasons. It's hard on my food budget, and out-of-season fruits and vegetables just can't be good for you. I usually end up with indigestion if I (foolishly) buy them because they are on sale. This is especially true of out-of-season apples.

I avoid imported foods as a rule: two reasons. I am all for "buy American," and imported foods are not properly inspected (not that American products are a hell of a lot better inspected), especially since we threw out most of the inspection laws with the "wonderful" Reagan Revolution, (we are still reaping the whirlwind from the destructive policies those idiots in Washington have put into play ever since "Saint" Reagan arrived there).

Regarding supplements, I take a lot of supplements, including multiple vitamins, especially the B's, Vitamin A and Zinc (limited because of their toxic effects if they are taken in excess), Vitamin E (400 mg.), Beta Carotene, and fish oil capsules ( 4 a day) and high doses of Vitamin D. Many of these supplements have been doctor ordered.

Water, more than any other liquid, will help you maintain a plump penis, and I drink gallons of water a day. I also drink a lot of green tea--at least a quart a day, and I drink a lot of coffee--probably four to eight cups a day.

This pretty much covers my recipe for a plump penis. Hope this is of some help.

    Great info thank you!
Reading your post we eat a lot of the same things except I eat no dairy products, yep they hate me. I drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water (always have) and few cups of green tea daily. I use to drink a lot of coffee, 2 pots a day; it took time but now I only drink 1 cup a day and feel so much better and I don't feel so dehydrated. My doctor just put me on vit D, it has made a huge difference for me and those lovely fish oil I take 3600 mgs in the morning and 3600 mgs at night. In talking with CUSP I learned a lot about fish oil capsules and what to look for and what to avoid.

Here is some basic information, hope it helps.
Fish oil can be obtained from eating fish or by taking supplements. Fish that are especially rich in the beneficial oils known as omega-3 fatty acids include mackerel, tuna, salmon, sturgeon, mullet, bluefish, anchovy, sardines, herring, trout, and menhaden. They provide about 1 gram of omega-3 fatty acids in about 3.5 ounces of fish.

Fish oil supplements are usually made from mackerel, herring, tuna, halibut, salmon, cod liver, whale blubber, or seal blubber. Fish oil supplements often contain small amounts of vitamin E to prevent spoilage. They might also be combined with calcium, iron, or vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, or D.

Fish oil is used for a wide range of conditions. It is most often used for conditions related to the heart and blood system. Some people use fish oil to lower blood pressure or triglyceride levels (fats related to cholesterol). Fish oil has also been tried for preventing heart disease or stroke. The scientific evidence suggests that fish oil really does lower high triglycerides, and it also seems to help prevent heart disease and stroke when taken in the recommended amounts. Ironically, taking too much fish oil can actually increase the risk of stroke.
A lot of the benefit of fish oil seems to come from the omega-3 fatty acids that it contains. Interestingly, the body does not produce its own omega-3 fatty acids. Nor can the body make omega-3 fatty acids from omega-6 fatty acids, which are common in the Western diet. A lot of research has been done on EPA and DHA, two types of omega-3 acids that are often included in fish oil supplements.

Omega-3 fatty acids reduce pain and swelling. This may explain why fish oil is likely effective for psoriasis and dry eyes. These fatty acids also prevent the blood from clotting easily. this might make fish oil helpful for some heart conditions.

Taking too much fish oil can cause some side effects like bad breath and heartburn. You may be able to get around these effects by keeping you fish oil supplement in your freezer.

            General Dosage Recommendations
There are several forms of fish oil supplements. The most common form is natural fish oil, usually produced from the body of cold-water fish. These fish oils are, typically, 30% EPA and DHA with a ratio of EPA to DHA of 1.5. A typical 1 gram softgel capsule of fish oil contains 180 milligrams of EPA and 120 milligrams of DHA. Natural EPA and DHA are chemically triacylglycerols. Natural fish oil capsules containing 50% EPA and DHA in a 1.5 ratio are now available. Some natural fish oil supplements contain EPA and DHA in a higher ratio, i.e. higher EPA. There are also fish oil supplements with a lower ratio, i.e. higher DHA.

A more concentrated form of fish oil is the semi-synthetic ethyl ester product containing 85% EPA/DHA. One such product contains 490 milligrams of EPA ethyl ester and 350 milligrams of DHA ethyl ester per 1 gram capsule.

Enteric coated EPA and DHA as the free fatty acids are also available. These capsules are more concentrated in EPA and DHA. Emulsions of fish oils are now available that can be used as constituents for salad dressings and other foods. Functional foods, including bars containing fish oil, are becoming available. Certain interal supplements contain EPA and DHA as well as other immune-modulating nutrients such as L-arginine, L-glutamine and RNA.

Recommended fish oil products must contain antioxidants such as tocopherol to protect against their oxidation. Further, fish oil products that contain high quantities of vitamin A and D, which could be toxic, should not be used.

The usual oral dose of fish oil for use in hypertriglyceridemia is about 5 grams of combined EPA/DHA daily. The values expressed in this section refer to the amounts of EPA plus DHA. The actual weight of the capsule is typically much higher. Labels should be checked in order to determine the actual EPA/DHA content. The daily intake should be taken in divided doses; the supplements are best tolerated with meals. The usual dose for hypertensives who have not previously been treated is about 3 grams of EPA/DHA daily. About 3 grams daily is also the usual dose for those with rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Those who have had successful angioplasty and are trying to prevent restenosis might use 4 to 5 grams daily. Based on the GISSI-Prevenzione trial, a dose of 1 gram daily of EPA and DHA might have protective value for those who have had an MI.

I read somewhere that caffeine is one of the substances that leeches zinc from your body (along with calcium). What do you think about this?

Wazza you are right that is one of the reasons that I cut down to one cup of coffee a day. I actually want to stop drinking coffee all together; which I am doing very slowly. You know those caffine headaches.

Yes, fish oil capsules are GREAT to counteract many diseases. My triglicerides plummetted when I started taking Omega 3 fish oil capsules. My total cholesterol dropped from slightly high (but too high since I am diabetic), to 107--this after I started these capsules. I never DREAMED I would get my total cholesterol down to 107.

This may very well be true, but I think like ingesting many substances, there is a trade-off here, and caffeine and coffee have been demonstrated to have many positive effects, for example, before starting a strenuous work-out such as long-distance swimming in my case.

Great advice going4. I consider myself pretty healthy. I keep a pretty balanced diet and I don't eat junk/fast food. I don't drink or smoke. I go for a run and then hit the gym every other day - except for this week because I had a cold. And I play football (not soccer ) on weekends.

Also, coffee is supposed to be very good for your liver/prostate.
