Since I know this worries you a bit whatever anyone says to you, I suggest that you do something for the peace of your mind: Get yourself a mild antibiotic cream and put some on the wound two or three times a day, just so that you can feel even more safe. Mild antibiotic creams should be prescription free on pharmacies all over the world.

      Go for bacitracin.

Neosporin has shown to cause contact dermatitis more often than other OTC topical antibacterial creams.

Bacitracin rarely show that same bad side effect.

This injury has officially been here for a month now. I still havent seen much of any improvement. Does anyone think this could be Peyronies developing? The area feels firm almost like a lump. From what I have read, that is what a plaque feels like.

Stop worrying. A scar on the skin will not cause peyronies, breaking your dick will. Not tiny surface scars.

Updated main post on 1/13. Saw the dermatologist again. Still very little improvement. Had sex and it was very painful. Read main post for more details/pics.
