It is true that you can increase muscle, but it is fat that makes an ass nice and big and juicy. Cant really control that too much unfortunately

Squats and lunges would be what you should focus on. Also, if you go to a gym, there is a machine they have their where you are hunched over and you push back into the air with one leg at a time. This machine really helps. I'm a dude and I work out my whole body and that exercise helped me gain a size or 2 along with eating many calories and squats and lunges.

My body overall got bigger because of everything I was doing, but if you focus on squats, lunges, and have access to the glute machine you will be on your way.

        Good luck!!

p.s. type in glute machine in google and look and the pictures to get an idea of what the machine looks like
Stay cautious about your PI's, take at least two days of rest time, and pray all goes well every day.

        Current stats:
        7.5 inches NBPEL

        Short Term Goal:
        NBPEL: 8 in.'s NBPEL

        Long Term Goal:
        NBPEL: 8.5 in.'s NBPEL

@MBD, lol. Yes, check out that glute machine. You will feel the burn, it will give you your desired results, and will attract girls because they like nice butts too. I still have girls check my butt out and even my girlfriend's friends slap it once in a while so I have to back away from her crowd so I don't start any trouble. That machine really works my dude

Weighted Glute Bridges without a doubt are the single best glute exercise for building mass. They target your glutes specifically, unlike squats, lunges, and deadlifts (I love those exercises, but they are NOT optimal for glutes) Learn good form, and start busting your ass!! (ha!)

                    Cheers!

try stiff leg dead lifts... that's probably the most direct compound glutes exercise. and squats too. if you;ve never worked out before... your ass is gonna get pretty big really fast. if you want just size... do 12-15 reps, 3-4 sets with about a minute rest. in a month you'll have a noticeably bigger ass

Thanks for all the tips. I have three physical therapists helping me develop my ass due to loss of balance and falls. This
is a serious condition for me which has led to life-threatening injuries. The squats are great, but I also have to work on
                        my ankles and calf muscles.

Thanks for the suggestion! The problem is my feet are so damned long and skinny that
                            they look like skeletons--always have.

Have you tried the barefoot shoes from Vibram? I hear they are great for strengthening the ankles and all the little muscle fibers in your feet and toes.

I havnt tried them myself, but my trainer was wearing them and he said they helped him find better balance and get a better leg work out when he was wearing them.

Thanks for the great tip, man! I'll definitely check them out. I'll also
run them by my physical therapists. They seem to be up to date
                                on this kind of thing.
