How big are your arms?

How big are your arms and forearms? Is there a particular ratio to aim for?

Arm is 15.75" and Forearm 13". That is at 10% BF with not more than 5% fat in the arms themselves.

By the looks of it, this ratio seems to be decent for me, but I don't think there is some ratio to go for. Just as long as your forearms are not really small compared, you can have bigger forearms than biceps+triceps and it will still look decent.

PS: Having bigger forearms might even look better actually.

15.75" as well and my right forearm is near 15" ... Its really big and with extra long forerarms and arms I'm great at arm wrestling and compete in tournaments for it

Also I think it's important to point out how to properly measure your forearms, you must keep your palm up, if you have it the other way it will be a faulty measurement with your tendon sticking out and making it bigger

Palm up and flexed right? With your arms only .75 in bigger, you must look quite....can you post a pic if you don't mind? I want 15in forearms and i want to see how they look.

15" forearm?!! Holy shit! Well, I am a small framed guy and am 5'7 and weighing 151lbs. Arms are 14.6" and forearms are 11.2"

Havent measured in years, Biceps used to be 17 3/4s but that was a while back, now I am at 16 1/4 and for arms are 14 even. I just measured for this thread. Now I am sad and I wanna go home. I am 5'8". I am actually surprised, I thought my arms would be smaller as they look wimpy to me now. Hey, I am 47 so I can slack I guess

Moving up, 15 is a big ass forearm, damn dude.

I'm 6'2+ with a 6'4+ wing span, with my forearms being extra long I think (I put it against a friend of mine who is also 6'2 elbow to elbow and my forearm went damn near an extra inch further ...

Given 6'4" span that upper arm looks over 16".

My forearms are not in ratio with my bi/ticeps



I just checked my left arm and it was 14"3/4 (bi/ticeps) forearm is 12" on the dot. I haven't checked in a while.
