My BF has 17.5 bi word and 15ish fors. Yes def head crackers. He's 6' power lifter though and is pretty well balance.
My ex hus had 17 ish bi but smaller fors he had longer arms and thinner frame than current BF. big difference in the way it looks when the lower body is not developed. The Dick is the Best Toy Ever!

Well...I don't really know all of my body measurements. I could probably find out most this afternoon when I get off work. I know my forearms are big as Hell naturally. I'm 5'11", 198 lbs. As far as strength stats, my benchpress is around 355 lbs, squat around 430 lbs (never has been my best lift because it f*cks with my knees), dead lift is around 475 lbs. I use to be a bit bigger and stronger when I was into powerlifting. I weighed 231 at my heaviest and was just bigger in general. I believe my arms were about 19". But I wasn't very lean, just built for power. I focus on MMA now and being too big will hurt my cardio, so my training is a lot different. As far as my PE stats...I've only been doing PE for a little over a month and I'm making it a point not to measure until I'm about 4 months in. But my beginning stats were 6.4" BPEL and 5.3" EG. Those were the only two I measured because they're the only two I'm concerned with.

You have to have 12% bodyfat at MOST to have abs showing like that, but it depends where you store your body fat. Just lose fat until you can see them.Last edited by bragz; 05-21-2013, 02:03 AM.

When I was actively working out hard, I carried 16.75" measured around the peak of the bicep on a 160 lb. frame. I've been slacking for the last year or so, and have lost about an inch of that (and gained 20 lbs in the process). I never really measured my fore arms.
Boy do I need to hit the gym again!
